Why should there be a WHOOP FOR HYDRATION When WHOOP arrived, they made SLEEP tracking possible in a precise and easy way, never possible before There's a fundamental human principle that 'what gets measured gets improved', and millions of people improved their sleep with WHOOP Now what about hydration? Is it even a problem that needs to be solved? The answer is YES, because 75% of the World is STILL CHRONICALLY DEHYDRATED. 3 in 4 people are chronically dehydrated is insane if you think about it You have been suffering from Dehydration related ageing not from days or weeks, but from months and years Chronic Dehydration leads to our cells being weakened everyday, its like muscle mass decay in the 30s leads to so many problems in the 40s and later, and then suddenly one day you realise I'm feeling older than I wanted to be To solve this problem, we're making the WHOOP OF HYDRATION It tracks hydration with ZERO efforts, like WHOOP and It improves your STRESS, SLEEP and RECOVERY Score with H₂ Infused Water. Three different double-blind place studies proved this antioxidant rich water improves your STRESS, SLEEP and RECOVERY Search PubMed - PMC12413883, PMC12076047, PMC5806445 Follow if you want to improve your hydration in ZERO steps.

We do the same, we prefer FedEx over USPS (🇺🇸) Faster deliveries, Less items lost, More customer trust at checkout.
Many D2C brands dont realise this, but the cheapest courier rate is the most expensive saving in e-commerce. Shadowfax just said in its quarterly results that same day / next day delivery options are upto 20% more expensive than standard shipping. I would pay that premium every single day. Our data across crores of orders shows that every single day of reduction in transit time reduces RTOs by 4%. That is gold. Here is the math 👇 Assuming Rs 1,000 AOV, 50% margins, Rs 60 of standard shipping cost and 3 days of current transit time. With same day / next day, Rs 60 shipping becomes about Rs 70, so Rs 1,000 extra per 100 orders. But delivering 2 days sooner cuts RTO by 8 points. That's 8 more sales (Rs 4,000 margin) and 8 fewer return trips (about Rs 500). Spend 1000, get back 4500. It’s a no brainer, even without adding the benefits in customer satisfaction, life time value and working capital. So if you are building a D2C brand, figure out how to maximise your SDD / NDD share today ✅

A few thoughts on agentic video editing I’ve had over the last few days: 1. 99% of ads should be edited agentically now. If your editors are still editing in the timeline, they’re falling behind. I got a message from my senior VE saying that he’s putting out 5x edits/day now at the same quality he was before. 2. The conversation with video editors will be uncomfortable because the timeline is all they’ve ever known. Some will be hesitant and some will be fearful for their job. I think the best way to address this is head on. The tech is inevitable, but having taste is still going to be incredibly valuable to train and give feedback to agents. Those who have this will become more valuable, those who don’t will struggle. 3. Opus 5.5 can natively edit all of your ads without needing any MCPs or plugins. I’ve tried the alternatives and couldn’t find anything that was significantly better than doing everything inside of Claude. 4. Have your senior editor(s) build skills for each style of edit (e.g. mashups, UGC, AI animations…). You can build these by feeding 4-5 inspo edits to Claude and tell it to make a skill out of it. I prefer building lots of mini-skills to one big video editing skill, so that the context stays as relevant as possible. 5. Once you have a base skill (e.g. ugly ads edits), the best way to train it is through feedback loops. Have the skill re-edit the last 25 ads each senior edited then put them in an artifact, and have the senior VE give feedback on each. Keep doing this until the skill is refined and it understands what a good edit is. 6. If you do this, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t be able to make edits that need little/no feedback. Most of ours are approved after v1 or v2, sometimes v3. 7. Only A-player editors should be training the skills. 8. Re adoption in the team, the AI champion builds the v1. Then get out of the way. I’m not the best editor on my team, so my job is to build the harness that lets the best editors train the skills, not build the skills myself. 9. If you want to supercharge this process, have your top editors record their screen as they edit. Turn on Gmeet or loom and get them to narrate the reasoning behind their process. E.g. why they chose this cut, pacing or b-roll clip…this is all context that gets fed into your skills. 10. It takes time to build, train and refine these skills. You have to go through the dip to get out the other side. Budget time in for senior VEs to work on this - otherwise you’ll end up with skills that put out subpar edits and don’t save you much/any time. 11. Operate under the assumption that this is the worst video editing is ever going to be. Opus 5.5 can do most of our editing today…what will Opus 6/Fable 6 be able to do? The editing skills you build are only going to become more valuable as the tech evolves. I still don’t think people realise how big video editing being unblocked is. Things that I thought were 3-6 months away are now on the table. Will continue to share more as I learn. CRAZY, crazy times.

Never have consumer tech been more important than now The largest winners of the internet /smartphone era were FB, Uber, Google, AirBnB etc. And now with Super Intelligence, you have 10X consumer opportunities again across health, finance, travel, commerce, social and more! Big part of this is that AI is 100x better at analysing data, personalising the solution for you over time and can get tasks done on your behalf
Some things I believe - consumer tech (sorry, AI) is back - consumer companies in India will be larger than B2B/deep-tech ones (they will be large too dw) - the entire consumer stack will get remade in the next 5 years - this'll be across the board -> like technology means the top 0.1% and the average user have the same phone and the same coca cola, they'll soon have the same services, knowledge and leverage -> so better and more shopping, investing, learning and healthcare for everyone Now's the time to build for consumer, so we're hosting something fun with a bunch of founders and operators building at the edge Come hang out and debate what the future looks like next week cc: @basbhaimomo @soaibgrewal @177pc @LightspeedIndia @ActivateSignal

The headache of private limited is much higher than a US corp or LLC
Was trying to incorporate a Pvt. Ltd., and apparently you have to spend INR 50k to 1L every year just for compliance 🥲

How agents will change shopping, via @patrickc 1. Personal agents do the legwork for a shopper: research options, compare price and quality, remember preferences. 2. An agent looks past the first search result, the familiar brand, or the biggest ad budget. 3. Genuinely better products get discovered even with less reach or distribution. 4. If agents keep steering people to better products, companies have to improve the actual product instead of leaning on marketing and placement. 5. Reviews and trustworthy quality info become more valuable because agents can aggregate and compare it all.
Assorted things I've been mulling over regarding agents in the economy: • Companies are in some sense the original superintelligence. It's often the case that they can use their amortized cognitive surplus to advance their interests against those of certain consumers: relative to the optimization capacity of companies, consumers can be inattentive, underinformed, irrational, etc. (Think, say, of some of the classic insurance upsells at the end of a booking process, which is typically priced substantially above what a regular policy would cost.) Herbert Simon introduced the idea of bounded rationality, and firms often end up benefiting from it. Thanks to personal agents, we will probably get somewhat more rational in how we engage with companies. • How exactly will outcomes change? Well, certain kinds of price discrimination will work less well (how do coupons work if every agent hunts fastidiously for them?), and certain kinds of customer cross-subsidy will change (today, people who forget to cancel subscriptions subsidize those who don't). Taken across the economy as a whole, I'm not sure what the incidence of all of this will be. • In corporate strategy, people have long debated the relative importance of distribution and product quality. Perhaps you've made something better, but does anyone know about it? Won't people just continue to buy the ACME Corp Mousetraps? Personal agents will, I think, act as a kind of structural subsidy for product quality. How would markets look different if individuals always spent at least 10 hours researching their purchases? On the margin, focusing on making a product better is, I think, going to become a more effective strategy for companies. This is good! • It true, a corollary is that information about product quality will become more important and impactful. Today, most people have very limited ability to aggregate and integrate such data, but agents will have insatiable thirst for such signals. (It's often said that data is becoming more valuable because it helps in the training of models. That's obviously true, but I think there's a secondary way in which it's more valuable simply as a complement to cheaper intelligence.) • A big question is whether agents will increase superstar effects (rational agents all settle on the same product) or increase dispersion (because everyone has slightly different tastes and preferences, which agents are good at eliciting, finally overcoming the artificial clustering we've been subjected to). • Many internet companies have monetized demand routing, which is in turn often predicated on short attention spans. "I'll click on the first thing I see." This has led to some amount of inefficiency, as companies try to propitiate capricious ranking algorithms and incur various placement fees. It's not all deadweight loss (willingness to pay is itself a kind of signal, which is valuable to buyers), but it's not great. How will the nature and value of this routing change in a world of personal agents? I don't know the answer, but I think that the effects might be pretty big. • Much of what I'm writing hinges on the assumption that personal agents will be on the consumer's side. I suspect that that will be the winning strategy, but whether it's true, and what it means to be true, involves a lot of other questions. Taken as a whole, the market is a massively parallelized, decentralized, and highly imperfect value attribution machine, and, taking stock of all of the effects, it seems to me that the quality point may well be the biggest: that agents will change the nature of the backpropagation such that the rewards for better products increase. Maybe this is too optimistic, but I suspect (and hope) that companies that make things that they're proud of will feel that the universe is a little more partisan in their favor.

BRAND AS A MOAT? I’ll be honest - I struggled whether to include Brand in this list of moats. I ultimately decided not to, because I think it’s too hard to measure, and in many cases the underlying brand strength is due to something something more fundamental — network effects, switching costs, or scale economies — that the brand merely reflects. A strong brand is often the symptom of a real moat, not the moat itself. The danger of counting Brand as a moat is that it flatters companies that are actually quite fragile. WeWork had a brand. Peloton had a brand. Both burned through goodwill the moment the underlying economics cracked. Brand without a structural underpinning is just reputation — and reputation is rented, not owned. So I think about brand the way I think about customer loyalty scores: useful as a signal, dangerous as an explanation. When someone tells me a company’s moat is its brand, my follow-up is always the same 2 questions. (a) what built the brand, and (b) can that be replicated? That answer usually points to the real moat, or in many cases, reveals there isn’t one.
Eight moats of a sustainable company in 2026: @gokulr 1. Data (Google) 2. Workflow (Veeva) 3. Regulatory (Coinbase) 4. Distribution (Intuit) 5. Ecosystem (Shopify) 6. Network (Facebook) 7. Physical infrastructure (Amazon) 8. Scale (NVIDIA) What is the most important for you @honam @rabois @shaunmmaguire @JaredSleeper @karimatiyeh?

at pre-seed, a VC isn't evaluating your product. they're evaluating you. Raghav from @AntlerIndia told our founders exactly how, today at @residencyBLR VCs look in a founder for audacity, grit, agency, clarity and the unfair advantage they may have. then comes the market. and before any VC writes a cheque, they need to believe 3 things: > this will be a large outcome
> you're the best team to build it
> and, now is the right time he also talked about some practical stuff. > analysts skim 1,000 decks. so one slide headline should tell your whole story. > your first 2-3 slides carry the pitch. big market + right team, and you have the room. > write a "founder document" before you touch the deck. brain-dump everything you know about the problem, the market and your go-to-market. > and, the fastest way to a VC meeting is a referral from one of their portfolio founders. thank you Raghav for dropping by the house and sharing your insights :) p.s. want to build from the house? link to apply for our next cohort is in the comments.

If I was in consumer, I would 100% spend my entire weekend on this opportunity. This doesn't come by often, and Meta has done this before. They have built a great AI assistant and know messaging (Whatsapp, IG DMs). The first mover advantage here is real.
Opening access for developers to build Muse connectors. You bring the API -- Muse brings the agent, the browser, and the context of what the person actually wants. People reach your service just by asking for it, and their agent takes it from there. New connectors are live today. Come build with us. muse.ai/platform
