The coolest tradition… a final Senior walk for our Football players, cheerleaders, pommies, athletic trainers and band.
Oh and a 55-20 win over Nogales

Oct. 10, 1996: The Coyotes defeated the San Jose Sharks 4-1 in the team's first ever home game in Arizona.
A little dad/son time. Off to Raleigh for a hockey tournament. Drop him off with the team tomorrow and will have some vacation time to myself other than watching games. With a Sr, I’m running out of these times…. Love watching Conor play! #proudtobedad
You call a ticky tack offensive PI and then let a defender hold on a receivers arm. Some consistency would be nice.
After home openers… the Caps and the Mammoth have both looked like everything I could hope them to be. Whole lot of season to go, but a good start!
So District has all the schools don’t for network work… so Friday is a day of hockey. Kaden game, Conor game, Kaden game, Conor game… should see all of them. Sometimes it’s nice to just be a dad. #Lovemyboys #CoachingandPlaying

Surgery went well! Thank you all for all the love and support, you don’t know how much it means seeing this much love everywhere ❤️
I know people love to overreact… but Sonny Styles showed it all today. Covering wheel routes, creating turnovers….long gone are the days of preseason.

Commanders with a huge win in the most improbable circumstances… love the play calling on both sides of the ball. Mariota being worth every $.

Anyone know anyone @USASwimming to connect with about technical documentation on connecting with SWIMS 3.0? I’m building something that needs to eventually connect to that.

The #ALLCAPS have signed Justin Sourdif to an 8-year, $50.8 million contract. The deal, which kicks in next year, will carry an AAV of $6.35 million. Today was the last day teams could ink players to an 8-year deal. Now Sourdif and Ryan Leonard, who signed an 8-year, $84 million extension earlier today, are locked up long term.
