Wrong about Brexit, wrong about immigration, wrong about Liz Truss and wrong about Trump. Why would anyone trust Farage?

🚨 Another day, another serious question about @FIFAcom's leadership. Football deserves accountability, integrity, and leadership that puts the game first. ✍️ Sign the #InfantinOUT petition: change.org/infantino-out-now
Gold-lettered blazers, private jets, cars for relatives and VVIP - the gilded life of Gianni Infantino and those that enable his excesses at FIFA. Why is FIFA quietly paying millions in US taxes for its millionaire president? Investigation: nytimes.com/2026/11/02/busin…

It's possible that in the span of one week, Bolsonaro loses in Brazil, Netanyahu loses in Israel, and Republicans lose the house and senate. Here's hoping fascism loses everywhere.

Warning: Distressing and graphic language An undercover investigation by ITV Exposure into Nigel Farage’s Reform UK has found multiple elected councillors and party candidates expressing racist views and using offensive language. ITV has obtained secretly recorded footage showing Reform officials from across England and Wales using violent, racist and sexist language. Councillors Alan Feeney, Chris Whelan and Jamie Campbell did not reply to our request for comment. Councillors Feeney and Whelan have since resigned from Reform UK. In a statement shared with ITV News, Reform UK said: "Where members, activists and councillors have clearly behaved inappropriately, investigations have commenced. In some cases, there have been suspensions and due process must be followed." "Reform UK has improved and prioritised its vetting procedures, but from time to time, a handful of individuals who do not share our values will initially make it through vetting. This is the same for all organisations."

This story is extremely important: A whistleblower revealed that Brazil's far-right Bolsonaro family dynasty met with Meta to discuss US plans to interfere in Brazil's election, to prevent Lula from winning. Lula's Facebook and Instagram accounts were censored a few days before the first round of the presidential election. This had a huge impact on the election, because Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, which are all owned by Meta, are the most popular apps in Brazil, and are hugely influential all across Latin America. (Jair Bolsonaro's son Flávio was declared the winner of the first round of the vote, by a narrow margin.) Meta later admitted that Lula's accounts had been restricted, but it claimed that this was supposedly due to a "technical error"... The whistleblower who disclosed this is Nadia Beller, a Bolivian journalist who was almost killed by hitmen hired by Fernando Cerimedo, a far-right Argentine political operative who oversees election interference, bots, and disinformation campaigns. Cerimedo is closely linked to the US government and has worked for pretty much every right-wing leader in Latin America. He was photographed with Donald Trump Jr. and members of the Bolsonaro family, and he received an award at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida a few months before he was arrested for the failed assassination attempt against Beller, his pregnant ex-girlfriend. Also Alessio Dionisi's next #WatfordFC team talk. Or hopefully his meeting today with Gino Pozzo, Scott Duxbury and Gian Luca Nani.
Michael Carrick’s next Manchester United team talk.

I'm sure Roy @The1881_wfc already has a loooong list of questions to ask Gino Pozzo on Friday. But just scrolling through some recent posts, here are a few thoughts...

Apparently Russian servers have been hit by a Ukrainian strike and immediately massive online hard right chatter has collapsed. This particular chatter was in support of Germany’s AFD, their equivalent to Reform, but similar patterns are being seen in hard right movements everywhere, including the UK. If anyone needed anymore evidence that Russia are driving a massive wave of hard right propaganda in Europe, this is it. So, all you “patriots” - you’ve been duped by Russia, and you are about as far from patriotic as anyone can be. You are easily brainwashed though. This is how propaganda works.

One day we will look back on this period in American history not just in severe embarrassment but with complete incomprehension. How did this happen? How did Idiocracy become real life in the richest, and one of the most educated, societies in human history?

I can’t believe we have to say this, but the annihilation of two major American cities — more than 5 million people — is not a “small price to pay” for Trump's illegal war. Neither are the 19 American troops and 3,000+ Iranians who lost their lives. Our president is unhinged.

Brazil's attorney general's office has evidence that the US government meddled in the country's election. Brazil's federal police is now officially investigating the US intervention in the election. The Trump admin openly supported far-right US puppet candidate Bolsonaro.

i don’t think ppl truly grasp that, if Bolsonaro Jr. wins in Brazil, the Amazon rainforest is definitely FUCKED, just when we’re reaching a point of no-return in the climate crisis. this affects literally everybody on earth.

I'm half-British and half-Thai. A random right-winger verbally racially abused me in the street for no reason at all. That same man was in my A&E ward a couple of days later due to a cardiac arrest. I was the doctor who saved him. There's a moral in that story somewhere.
