Thanks for the reply!
We feel the same way - definitely no more than that. We’ll most likely set the price for the paid subscription - which includes the full range of SmartShelf features - at $5 per month.
We considered $1, but that wouldn't allow us to launch a global marketing campaign;
$3 would be better, but we’d essentially just break even.
Charging $5 per month while also sharing profits with partners for user acquisition creates an optimal business model.
If we go above $5, the cost-saving benefit for users disappears.
$5 per month for the premium subscription is the sweet spot.👌

Let’s talk real utility.
The market is flooded with highly volatile tokens - even BTC swings wildly - causing 98% of traders to lose money and lose faith in projects.
It’s a broken loop, and it’s honestly sad to watch.
We are doing things differently.
SmartShelf isn’t about speculative hype; it's about sustainable Web3 infrastructure.
Our token will strictly be pegged 1:1 to the US Dollar ($1 SmartPoint = $1 USD).
Our model is a pure win-win: you use your local networks and socials to bring in buyers and store owners, and in return, you secure stable, lifetime payouts pegged to USDT for that real-world activity.
No dumps, just predictable yield from a $1.2T market.
What do you think of this approach?

Thanks for the great questions - they make perfect sense, and we really value your feedback!
It sounds like your concerns are mainly about fraud and scams. This is actually our favorite (and the easiest) part to address, because true genius lies in simplicity.
If a real user is creating a store and adding items because they actually want to use the app, it’s in their best interest to set everything up correctly.
Besides, the registration and item-adding forms are very straightforward.
We also have built-in localization for 13 languages, an FAQ section, and Terms of Service right in the user profile.
If bad actors try to exploit the system, we have strict countermeasures in place:
Tied Wallets: The deposit wallet must perfectly match the withdrawal wallet. It is impossible to launder money through our vault by swapping wallet addresses.
AML Checks: Triggered upon withdrawal or any suspicious activity (the cost is covered by the user: roughly $0.15 - $0.50 per account, as a one-time lifetime fee).
In the early stages, all admin panel monitoring and statistical checks will be handled manually by me and the other devs. We don't trust AI anti-fraud bots yet; looking at other projects, they are way too easily bypassed by malicious bots.
But again, we’d love to hear your thoughts on this approach. What do you think?

Thanks for the comment and the great questions!
Let me address them step by step:
1) The store onboarding process takes just 30 seconds: First, you'll see a map with your current location.
You just move the pin to where the store is, and the address is automatically pulled into the registration form (you can manually edit it if needed).
Then, you simply add the store's name, working hours, and a photo of the entrance.
2) Once the store profile is created, you can start adding near-expiration items, and they are instantly linked to that location.
I’ve shown the item addition form in the screenshot.
3) Regarding the payout and tracking system: currently, your dashboard displays the exact number of stores and buyers who have joined the app via your link.
The detailed, item-by-item purchase history from your referrals is NOT shown yet to optimize server load.
We will roll out this detailed feature as soon as we hit our first 1,000 onboarded stores and upgrade to more powerful servers to handle that level of granular statistics for everyone.
But rest assured, every single commission rate we outlined is hardcoded exactly like that in our system.

The SmartShelf core team consists of just 4 full-stack devs. We’ve known each other for 6-7 years, crossed paths on various projects, and always stayed tight. We all have 10 to 15+ years in IT.
What unites us?
Absolute belief in SmartShelf and building something that actually helps people. 🤝
I’ll be completely honest: without top-tier AI models, this build would have taken 6+ months. We spent thousands of dollars on AI tokens and worked 24/7 to compress a massive workload into just 2 months of intense execution.
In those 2 months, we built:
✅ TG mini-app onboarding
✅ Complex multi-user DBs (Buyers, Merchants, 2-tier Affiliates, Influencers)
✅ Custom admin panels
✅ Secure TON smart contracts
✅ Heavy Anti-fraud & Cyber-sec infra
✅ SmartPoints system
(Note: No crypto token planned! Points are a metric requested by the Tier-1 funds watching our growth). 👀
For the last 2 weeks, we’ve been exclusively focused on heavy load testing and security audits. We honestly thought this phase would be faster. But given the global mission and our responsibility to the community, we have ZERO right to make a mistake. No vulnerabilities. Security > Speed. 🛡️
If you believe in our vision, we want you to win with us. Grab your affiliate link in the app. You can earn a LIFETIME commission from onboarded stores and buyers. We are ready to share up to 50% of the platform’s revenue with those who help grow the SmartShelf network.
Let's build this giant together! 🌍🚀

Man, I’ve made a couple million dollars in my life trading crypto.
My strategy was 'buy and hold' for narrative-driven coins over nine years - my full history is in my LinkedIn bio.
I lost a lot in 2025, and honestly, trading just stopped bringing me joy.
Now, I’ve put together a team of the best people I’ve ever known, and we are working 24/7 to bring this idea to life.
I’m pouring every bit of my experience into this, and I’m genuinely passionate about it.
You get it - the $1.2 trillion-a-year market for food waste and near-expiry products is almost entirely untapped.
We’re the first ones here.
Thinking about the market share and the profit is great, but my real dream is just to see a total stranger using my app in real life.
The rest will follow naturally.
We already have a massive responsibility to our community, and we don't have the right to mess this up.
Only success from here!

1) Local Focus First:
We are primarily focused on bakeries, local shops, and groceries within a 2km radius of you (walking distance). While having a global API for large retail chains is fantastic, we aren't certain they will integrate with us right away until we build a massive, loyal user base. However, the development of this API documentation is already underway.
2) No Delivery:
The core purpose of the app is access to quality food, not delivery. Your receipt might be just $5, and our smart contracts don't suffer from network fees at all. Delivery is a huge expense for users. We might add it in the future and integrate it efficiently for all participants, but initially, the app gives you access to products within a 2km radius (even though the map loads globally for you).
3) Revenue Sharing:
The platform gives back up to 50% of its revenue to partners, affiliates, influencers, and cashiers to drive the growth of our network.
4) Micro-Transactions:
The minimum deposit and withdrawal is 5 USDT on the TON network. Even if you order a single discounted pastry and its final price is 15 cents, our unit economics are completely unaffected, and the system seamlessly allows you to make that purchase.
5) AI Smart Pricing:
We have integrated AI SMART PRICING for store owners. A merchant lists an item, and the initial discount might be 25%, but one hour before expiration, the discount reaches 90%. The price drops non-linearly, based on the historical data of the specific store, region, and product. The closer it gets to the expiration time, the faster the discount grows.
6) Incentives for Store Staff:
We offer a 5% platform revenue reward specifically for cashiers. All they have to do is open their account, point their camera at the barcode, and all the product info is automatically pulled in to list the item on #SmartShelf. The usability is extremely smooth and effortless.
Conclusion:
These exact points are what make us stronger than competitors who have already launched. Our mission is to make a real impact on retail inventory, rescue food (keeping it out of the landfill), give people the opportunity to buy it (all the world's discounts in one app), and generously share our success with every partner involved in growing this network.

Been having a lot of conversations with Tier-1 funds lately. They are laser-focused on the SmartShelf launch and giving us great, free advice on scaling successfully.
To be completely transparent: a token launch is at least 1 year away. Minimum. Even with a hyper-successful launch, we won't rush it. It all comes down to real metrics: stores connected and actual sales volume.
Also, it likely won't be a typical volatile crypto token. We are leaning towards a governance token pegged 1:1 to the dollar.
Our core mission is to reward users for saving near-expired food from going to waste. Playing speculative games with token prices will only destroy the trust we are building with SmartShelf.
Real utility over hype.

Yes, I had several wallets and strategies. Over these 8 years, I’ve tested and done everything possible in cryptocurrency. I’ll tell here more details later. So, in 2019, it was my second cycle, and during that time, I bought BTC at $3,300–$3,500 per coin, and when I was buying an apartment, I sold it at $10,000 per Bitcoin. That means the apartment’s price is 11 BTC as of now. Or, taking trading into account, I bought the apartment for $38,500. Depends on how you look at it :)

I’ll tell this story in full on my page later when I’m mentally ready for it. I wish it were all a joke and not about me. But it is. Of course, these aren’t my first relationships, but we were together for a year and lived together for 6 months, and she left for someone else about 2 months ago when my memecoin deposit was dropping by $50-100k every week. Yes, she’s pinging me, but I’m staying quiet and calm. A lot has piled up on me this year.
