"Ideally, you'd like to just hammer the ball downhill inside run game and power it into the end zone. It was a bootleg and the route was wide open in the end zone. There was a guy 5 yards trying to close but he wouldn't have gotten. The DE played it exactly right and you rarely see that. To their credit, they were really well coached up on that. There was nothing on tape to show that; it was something new. Give them credit for reacting."

BULL. SHIT. That DE played it the EXACT SAME WAY 4 plays earlier on the 4th down play. Take a look for yourself - he’s checking the QB the entire time. Also did it the same way vs Ohio State the week before.
