The team are aware that some players are not receiving the Trickster's and Treater's Prize Hats after completing the associated tasks. Rest assured that everyone eligible will be granted the hat as soon as possible.
Please note that while the Conqueror of the Damned Commendation will account for historical wins in Last Ship Standing, these can only be calculated and added to your Commendation progress following your next LSS win when this Event returns. Our apologies for the lack of clarity!

Apologies for the short notice, but the current Last Ship Standing Event will end at 12pm UTC today due to issues with Cashewbeard and players remaining in matches after sinking. Our team are actively investigating these issues, and we will share an update before the next Event.
The team has deployed a server hotfix to address cases of some Last Ship Standing winners having their ships automatically destroyed before they leave the Sea of the Damned. This hotfix is still rolling out but should soon be in place for all players.
We're aware that some winners of Last Ship Standing battles are reporting their ship being automatically destroyed before they can return from the Sea of the Damned. This issue is being investigated and we'll update you as soon as we know more. Thanks for your patience.
Please note that the X25 Emote that was highlighted in our most recent episode of Sea of Thieves News has been postponed and will be available at a later date. We will share an update when a new window for claiming this in-game benefit has been decided.
We are aware that Pop-Up Plunder is not working as intended. We're unable to fix this during the Community Weekend period, so to ensure a better experience for all we have turned this feature off for this event and will ensure it returns with a vengeance in the next! Sorry for any inconvenience.

Following player reports, our team have identified and deployed a fix meaning that players starting sessions on Open Crew Galleons should now set sail without issue, and no longer be at risk of becoming stuck on the Crew Roster screen. Happy sailing!
Following investigation, the team found an issue causing crews to become stuck indefinitely in matchmaking tunnels, leading to excessive wait times when diving to Last Ship Standing. We've made improvements behind the scenes in the live game, but are watching the data in case more needs to be done.
Update: As these players could use Doubloons they shouldn't have had to purchase high-value items, any Black or Smugglers' Market goods they've bought since the reset will be removed from their inventories in the next few days; they will need to be re-purchased with Doubloons earned fairly post-reset.
