So I know the United States statistics pretty darn well because I used to be a federal law enforcement officer.
Roughly 75% of all crimes committed in the United States are committed by repeat offenders.
Practically all of the violent crime in the United States is committed by 90% repeat offenders.
If we executed criminals that means that the vast majority of violent crime would disappear and 75% of all other crimes would disappear.
The problem in your thinking that executing criminals doesn't get rid of crime rates is that there isn't a single country on the planet with maybe the exception of the United Arab Emirates that takes the execution of criminals seriously.
If God's moral law was applied the way it's meant to be applied there would be no criminals alive.
