Great viewing today of the @pilotbeeruk exhibition in their 'brewery'. So much attention to detail, looks just like the real thing.
First competition I've judged for a while and great to see such a consistency in the high standard of drinks making here in #Scotland
Campari ScotHot #N100 Negroni Elevator Flashback, some incredible drinks and effort put in by all. Bartenders competing from St Andrews, Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh Dundee & Ayr - all fantastic professionals.
