Beautiful night of ⚽️! Great match between 1st North champs and 1st South champs. Golden boot to Gio for never letting up and taking on multiple defenders to get our goal. Gave up too many corners and ended up losing to Taft 1-2. On to the #IHSA tournament!
JV ended its season with a 0-3 loss against Taft under difficult circumstances. The team had a tremendous growth from when the season started. #PlayerOfTheGame honors go to Celena for playing solid defense tonight! ⚽ #POY #ProudCoach

On #SeniorNight Denise demonstrated the commitment and energy that we needed while they were injured for most of the season. Their intensity helped ensure a tie against Washington against the win. #SolorioFamily
Tough loss tonight against Jones. Lots of mistakes in the first half but started to work as a team in the 2nd. Anahí played with heart and did not let up on the wing. Even when we lose - this team sticks together and supports each other. #SolorioFam
JV was able to follow the intensity brought by varsity and beat Kennedy 3-0 tonight! Natalie gets the #PlayerOfTheGame honors for their hustle throughout the game on both sides to help solidify our midfield! #BleedMaroon
What a game! Sun Warriors played an intense 80 minutes vs. Kennedy and ended in a tie. The girls were fired up! Angie with the golden boot for using body and holding onto the ball in the middle. Two goals from Gio and assists from Nini and Wendy.
On the first beautiful game day of the season, the JV team were able to defeat Hubbard 2-0. Both goals by Joanne. #PlayerOfTheGame honors go to Crystal who has demonstrated tremendous growth this season w/ their best performance coming today! ☀️ 💐🌻 #BleedMaroon
Sun Warriors possessed well tonight in our 4-0 W v Goode. Finally crossing for some beautiful goals from Gio and Shelsee. Wendy passes the boot to Rosalia for her possession game down the line & getting the ball into "the mix!" Oh and Emily is a 🦖 Dino. #SolorioFam #SolorioDinos
With low numbers tonight due to injuries, JV was able to dig deep and earn the 2-0 win against Goode. #PlayerOfTheGame honors go to Jessy '24 who got us the leading goal. Second goal came from Bania '25 #BleedMaroon
Thanks to some tough goalkeeping from Itzel, we ended the #ReavisTournament with a win! #PlayerOfTheGame honors goes to our senior GK, Itzel L! 🥅⚽

The Sun warriors fought hard against BOTY today & finished with a 1-1 tie. Nini was tough, winning balls in the middle of the field, setting the tone for our team. #SolorioFam
3-1 victory over the Soto Wolves tonight. Itzel with the golden boot for tough defense & calm play making from the back. Another hat 🎩 trick from Gio M. Keep working warriors! #SolorioFam
