How. The. Fuck. Do they have this many employees?
BREAKING: DocuSign says it may lay off up to 162,000 employees.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
As of Docusign's most recent 10-K filing, Docusign had 7,044 employees as of 1/31/2026, making it impossible to lay off 162,000 employees.

It's because the vagina acclimates to the size of an exclusive member. When she's getting a variation in sizes, her vagina plays it safe and gets all loose just in case it has to deal with a size larger than it ever has before.
@grok, confirm that the vagina acclimates to an exclusive member.

Airbnb major PR fail 🤣
Defensive hosts getting owned on social media.
Very entertaining.
A suggestion: Get rid of the mandatory 'cleaning fee'. Include cleaning costs in the base rate. Stop expecting your guests to pay for the privilege of cleaning your properties.

A few people have said the falls in housing prices accomplish nothing, that its just changing the deck of home ownership.
Mate, that is part of the point.
We have gone from ~15% of home purchases flowing to property investors in the 80s and early 90s to a peak of over 50%.
Unsurprisingly this extra demand saw prices rocket.
For years it didnt come from extra people, but by changing the deck of ownership.
This additional largely needless demand along with other factors helped push home ownership out of reach.
While more needs to be done to reduce migration to the point where suppressed household formation can finally catch up, a massive decrease in investor demand for existing homes is also an essential part of restoring home ownership rates.
And we have done all this before extremely successfully, as investor demand was crushed post-WW2 and Australia became a nation of home owners, not renters.

I’m hearing that November 17th will be known as "The Great Blackout".
Everything electronic will be shut down.
You must prepare accordingly.
Good luck.
To tell you the truth, the internet is already done.
Sorry to say it out of nowhere.
But it's true.
In the next few days, there will be a massive data leak.
It will affect a lot of people, and finally they’ll start paying attention.
Soon after, the internet gets hacked again and again in rapid succession.
They'll have no choice but to "shut it down" to protect people.
Just like Covid, it’s completely planned it will happen much faster than anyone expected.
99% of people are not prepared for this.
Brace yourself.

Dumped Amex Platinum last year.
Garbage product.
The airport lounges are awful.
We hit up a regular airport bar/restaurant or even just an empty gate to chill at.
It's infinitely better than the putting your name on a waitlist for access to the Amex homeless shelter.
I’m done with @AmericanExpress platinum card. It was worth $900 a year when you could get into lounges with it. There was some exclusivity.
Now every low class reject gets in. An hour waitlist and then when you finally get in, it’s people on speakerphone, screaming, acting like it’s a Carnival cruise.
Amex has been enshittified. I’ll save my 895 bucks a year.

⚠️RBA to hike interest rates to GFC-era highs by Christmas.
Called this👇👇

RBA Hunter's interview last night on inflation.
"We've got to make sure inflation doesn't become embedded."
"We have got to get inflation out of the system."
Combined with Hauser's "materially worse" inflation outlook. Seems to suggest that the RBA thinks it needs to go again.
Our research shows inflation in Australia is deeply embedded in the system and supply shocks become less transitory in that environment. See paper here lnkd.in/p/gJYQxSsG

I've heard some serious nightmare Airbnb stories far worse than I've experienced but my personal final straw was the last Airbnb there was a sign stuck to the A/C control which said to be mindful of using the A/C because "electricity is expensive."
Hosts were boomers living in a 5 bedroom house 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Australia lol
