I intend to question differently, maybe better? The only thing that is temporary is your life, not your actions! Heaven knows I’m a mess. My views. #bio

P.S.A.
YOLO is NOT a motto. It's a warning.
Go gently. Go diligently.
Curate your life.
Live a life that appreciates 'ujana ni moshi' so that death leaves you alone for as long as your cells can vibrate to the rhythms of the universe.
Be you.
&
Be the best you..

Team Leader was unavailable jana at the marathon.
Everything tried to go sideways. I am glad for the capacity to resolve. We served you well. You ate chicken.
Team leader had a home emergency, amenipigia simu at 4pm as we are settling accounts. I was almost worried.
I want to rationalize the reality we faced as vendors jana... but I will not blame anyone or anything... we did well, StanChart did well and when a random jamaa came giving unknown rules at 2am, he was quickly removed from front face... G4S were strict if we ignore the idiot boss
I met 3 friends yesterday.
I picked 150 boundary markers.
I saw through my people, I lost nothing, we calibrated. to all who did the marathon, keep on.
Isukuti can make you do 42km.

So they used our pension funds to hold shares so that Dangote buys them and some of you are celebrating? Why did Dangote need to buy shares that my pension owns, moving ownership from me, a Kenyan, to a Nigerian - and making me lose on dividends in the process?

In January 2025 my mom’s lung cancer spread to her brain. The drug with the best chance of helping her was approved in China but not here.
A doctor told me, almost as an aside, that if she were Chinese she could buy it at a pharmacy.
So I flew to Shanghai and came home with 26 boxes in my luggage. That was 19 months ago. My mom is still here, still working, and in her words has had an amazing three years.
The drug was approved in China in 2023. The FDA approved it in July 2025. It still is not for sale here. I know of at least 30 Americans who have made the same trip.
I have been scared to tell this story because I worried it could cost my mom access to the medicine keeping her alive. But the problem matters more than my silence. These drugs need to be developed and available here, and that means FDA reform.
Art Allen at KFF Health News told our story this week. It also ran in The Washington Post.

One thing I observe around Africa, compared to what I see in Europe, is that my people are addicted to launching flashy new projects. We don't spend nearly enough time on the dirty, unglamorous work of operations and maintenance (O&M).
You can't really launch maintenance, and that's a problem for many African leaders. There are no ribbon-cutting ceremonies or big headlines. Yet that's where so much of the work should be happening. We need to get better at maintaining what we've already built.
The question is, how do we make maintenance sexy?
We are convened at urban gate
Chapo, matoke, groundnuts have moved, I post to record the women in my life. They make everything gentler, the gents still did the butchering, but the ladies made the day.
Free urban banter the entire commune is settled. Karibu wanioshe, considering I was under medication and unresponsive, I am informed that my friend said no, to preserve my dignity. A lot happens in 15 hours, but it also means the men & women we leave in charge must carry fort
we kept my grandfathers dala absolutely alcohol free, but when the community meets, there is a small libation, in fact my grandmother () brews a concoction that is true.
Alcoholism is a bigger issue, but alcohol always makes a meet up better. GO fight other things
