What does it take for someone at @americancrafts to get back to me about a warranty claim? My Minc has failed and today is 6 months since I purchased and I sent an email last week with no reply.
This is some massive bullshit @OfficialCricut. I will be selling my Maker if you go through with this. The machine is already cost prohibitive and then to force owners to pay monthly for use of their own work on the machine is unacceptable. theverge.com/2021/3/15/22332…
