There is a shift in the fandom that also is evident in the new lore.
Prior to the buyout, fans liked & wanted a single continuity & canon. That is the approach then reciprocated.

Today, that does not matter & it now is being reflected back by the creators.

Still doesn't work since just as the Republic comics switched to being the Empire comics, the Empire comics switched to being the Rebellion comics.

The one thing George should apologize for is TCW08, so that one shouldn't be on the form. It doesn't fit with the two films around it, much less the entire 6 film saga.
