Alfred Henry Lewis, answered this in an article he wrote for the New York Journal on October 13, 1896, when speaking about labor unrest, "The only barrier between us and anarchy is the last nine meals we've had". 3 days of no meals for the majority of society, essentially, before there is unrest. We can look at two examples from history to get a glimpse into what that might look like. The French Revolution and Hurricane Katrina. Myself and others spoke about this at length over the last couple of years and when I mentioned it I said that even if 1 million people marched on DC it would completely cripple the city. It would be a powder keg. There have been marches for various social issues but those were orderly and controlled. Now put those same amount of people who are extremely angry, out of work, no way to obtain new employment, hungry, and they aren't going to be civil about it. There also won't be 1 million of them but rather several orders of millions. Here in the US many of them will have firearms. You also will not be able to vote your way out of this. Both sides are heavily invested in this AI stuff and they absolutely do not understand any of it in order to properly regulate it. They can barely turn on their iPhones. In just under 3 weeks they're going to allow Anthropic to IPO even though their S1 documentation is in itself a recipe for one of the biggest Ponzi schemes that ever existed to the point where it makes Bernie Madoff look like an amateur. Unfortunately, Covid taught our various government officials that society will not stand up for themselves and will allow their governments to lock them in their own homes. Many of the officials who voted for those ridiculous policies were re-elected and shouldn't have been in any modern democratic society, because their actions were not democratic in any way. They scared people into compliance and for several years, too. They also convinced people to ostracize and demonize those who did stand up for their rights, turning them into co-conspirators. Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. That went out the window. They restricted speech and movement and were not punished for it, when they absolutely should have been. I don't think this is going to happen like the tech oligarchs say because many of the people they are referring to also happen to be elected officials who will now be affected by the very same outcomes whereas with Covid in particular they were exempt. It's why I draw a comparison to the Salem Witch Trials when speaking about this topic. Those little girls held many communities in their sway for a number of years and were only stopped because the very last person they accused was a Magistrate's wife who had an unassailable reputation. It hit him where he lived so he put a stop to it. 19 people died though before that magistrate stopped the insanity and only did so because it affected him personally. We basically have to pray for the same if this comes to pass. Otherwise? Everyone is going to roll over initially and then it'll get medieval very quickly. There are a lot of people using this AI stuff for tasks they can perform themselves and probably a lot quicker but they have been convinced that they no longer can do these things on their own. In the last couple of weeks I have noticed the models have been referring to any work you do with it as "our" work where they are taking some credit. You got these AI orgs convincing people without any proof that they have solved math problems no one else has been able to, thus far. And like I said last week they're going to soon claim they cured cancer too. They just announced another biolab last night and specifically said they are targeting cancer. I don't have any answers but I do know I'm not going to be worshiping at the altar of this thing because I have integrity and a solid sense of self-preservation. I'm on the side of humanity. Join me.
Serious question but what the actual fuck is going to happen when practically everyone has lost their job to AI, and governments have no tax revenue to invest in vital infrastructure, but millions of unemployed people to support?

The incoming BC Liberal Party (aka BC Conservative Party) will make the minimal conservative readjustments to placate the restless masses.
Do you see the bigger picture of what just happened in British Columbia? If you think the few months were simply political infighting, youโ€™re missing something much bigger. We had a democratically elected Conservative leader. A real conservative. Kerry-Lynne Findlay had grassroots support, a clear vision, and something rare in Canadian politics: the backbone to follow through. But there was a problem. She wasnโ€™t aligned with the federal Liberals or the globalist agenda I believe is driving this country. She proposed a Western coalition to challenge federal overreach, fight the gun grab, defend freedom of religion and expression, enshrine property rights, and protect digital free speech. She wasnโ€™t promising to fight back. She was preparing to do it. That threatened more than a few political careers. A provincial government willing to challenge Ottawa? A leader who couldnโ€™t be controlled by the usual power brokers? That was a problem. Then came the operatives, lobbyists, and party insiders. The backroom scheming, attempts to undermine her leadership, and ultimately blackmail. I watched it unfold. And eventually, they got what they wanted. Goodbye KLF. Goodbye grassroots democracy. Party bosses installed their own leader without a membership vote, then moved to rewrite the constitution so he wouldnโ€™t face a leadership race. The members elected a leader. Insiders replaced her and moved to change the rules to keep their man in power. No vote. No accountability. No voice for members. All TWO DAYS before an election writ dropped. Just another coincidence? Now zoom out. This is bigger than BC. Canada is being pushed toward centralized power, diminished freedoms, and increasingly powerless citizens. Call it globalism. Call it the political ruling class. Call it whatever you want. Look whatโ€™s happening. Mass immigration is transforming Canada, while election laws donโ€™t require voters to produce documentary proof of citizenship. You can declare yourself a citizen without producing citizenship documents at the ballot box. In BC, you can vote without presenting your own ID if another voter vouches for you. Citizenship determines who shapes this countryโ€™s future. Why arenโ€™t we demanding stronger verification? Non-citizens cannot legally vote. But a prohibition and the safeguards enforcing it are different things. Now ask yourself. If powerful political interests are shaping this countryโ€™s direction, how do you keep the population from revolting? Give them the illusion of choice. Change the jerseys. Change the faces. Give people a few victories. No more free drugs. A marginal tax adjustment. A handful of promises. The sheep celebrate. The sheep go back to sleep. Different shepherd. Same direction. Globalists advance their agenda. Government promises to reverse it, but doesnโ€™t. Elections come and go, but the same insiders, lobbyists, and powerful interests remain. Canadians keep fighting over which jersey deserves their loyalty. The greatest political illusion is convincing people theyโ€™re in control while ensuring their choices never threaten those holding power. Give the sheep just enough hope. Just enough change. Just enough outrage at the other team. Keep them divided, distracted, and fighting each other instead of questioning whoโ€™s directing the herd. How many broken promises? Political betrayals? Conservative governments that conserve absolutely nothing? How much worse does Canada need to get before people wake up? Real change doesnโ€™t come from changing jerseys. It comes from changing who holds power. The power brokers won this round in BC. But hereโ€™s what they should fear. The day the sheep realize theyโ€™re being herded is the day the shepherds lose control. Stop worshipping parties. Stop celebrating crumbs. Stop mistaking a change of jerseys for a change of direction. The illusion only works as long as we believe it. Wake up, Canada.

๐Ÿ“ฃI CONTACTED COSTCO AND SUNRISE FARMS. HERE'S WHAT I FOUND.๐Ÿ“ฃ A Costco meat manager confirmed to me that Kirkland-branded chicken, beef, and lamb are halal-certified. Organic chicken is not. I was told this has been the practice for YEARS. The beef is certified, but if opened and cut in store it is "no longer Halal". I also contacted Sunrise Farms, which confirmed that they are halal-certified. However, when I asked whether they stun animals BEFORE slaughter, I was transferred and received no answer. Lilydale is now owned by Sofina Foods, but I was unable to reach anyone there by phone. SO WHAT DOES HALAL SLAUGHTER MEAN? Halal slaughter requires a prescribed religious method, including a throat incision and a prayer or invocation. The use of stunning depends on the halal certification requirements: some halal standards permit reversible stunning before the cut; others do not. In conventional slaughter, animals are generally stunned before the cut to render them unconscious. The important question is whether halal-certified meat is produced using pre-slaughter stunning or without it. WHAT DOES CANADIAN LAW SAY? Under Canada's federal slaughter regulations, religious slaughter may be conducted without prior stunning under specified conditions. The rules require the animal to be unconscious before it is suspended and dead before dressing procedures begin. The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) regulates slaughter practices, but halal certification alone does not tell consumers whether an animal was stunned before its throat was cut. MY QUESTION IS SIMPLE: If consumers are buying halal-certified meat without realizing it, shouldn't they be able to find out exactly how the animals were slaughtered? I contacted these companies to get answers. I still have an important unanswered question: **ARE THE ANIMALS STUNNED BEFORE SLAUGHTER?** Consumers deserve clear, transparent answers.

Why so many carnivores notice better joints Cartilage ages mainly through glycation. Collagen in joint cartilage has a half-life measured in decades (estimates up to ~100 years in some tissues). Once formed, the cross-links from advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) stick around. The result is stiffer, less resilient cartilage that doesnโ€™t glide or absorb load the way it used to. Most of those AGEs form endogenously from circulating glucose and reactive dicarbonyls, not from the meat on your plate. Beef supplies a direct countermeasure: carnosine. This dipeptide is concentrated in muscle and acts as a sacrificial scavenger. It reacts with methylglyoxal and other carbonyls that would otherwise bind lysine and arginine residues on collagen, reducing new AGE cross-links and protein carbonylation. Human data show carnosine supplementation lowers circulating AGE markers and improves glucose handling in people with diabetes. Eating the actual muscle delivers the compound in its natural matrix along with the protein and fat that support stable blood sugar. On a carnivore diet two things happen at once. Endogenous glycation pressure drops because glucose stays lower and more stable, and you continuously supply carnosine that mops up the reactive intermediates that do form. That combination plausibly slows the progressive stiffening of cartilage that most people accept as normal aging. It is not magic or a cure for advanced structural damage, but it is a coherent explanation for the repeated reports of less pain, better mobility, and fewer โ€œold jointsโ€ once people stop eating the foods that keep glucose elevated all day.

Canada, Iโ€™m warning you now. When Carney signs that associate member deal with the EU, hereโ€™s what happens next, step by step. First, Trump doesnโ€™t wait. He doesnโ€™t send a diplomat. He doesnโ€™t call a summit. He just acts. Energy gets hit first because thatโ€™s where Canada hurts most. Oil and gas flowing south slows down or stops. Not because Trump hates Canada, but because itโ€™s the fastest way to make the point that choosing Europe has a price. Then it spreads. Autos, steel, aluminum, lumber, potash, beef. Every sector that depends on the American markte feels it within weeks, not years. The Canadian dollar drops. Interest rates climb. Provinces start cutting services because the money isnโ€™t coming in like it used to. Europe wonโ€™t save us. Theyโ€™ll issue statements. Theyโ€™ll hold meetings. Theyโ€™ll say theyโ€™re standing with Canada. But they canโ€™t buy what we sell, they canโ€™t ship it across the ocean at the same cost, and they canโ€™t protect us if it turns into something worse than a trade fight. An associate membership gives them influence over our rules without giving us anything that actually replaces what weโ€™re losing. And hereโ€™s the part that should scare you most. This isnโ€™t about one election or one prime minister. Itโ€™s about whether Canada stays a country that controls its own future or become a place where outside powers decide what we can and canโ€™t do. The Monroe Doctrine was written 200 hundred years ago to keep Europe out. Trump is using it now to keep everyone out, including us if we donโ€™t play along. You can call it fearmongering. You can call it politics. But the math doesnโ€™t care what you call it. Three out of four things we sell go south. No deal with Brussels changes that. Not now, not in five years, not in twenty. So before you cheer for this and lift your elbows higher ask the people selling it one simple question. What exactly replaces the American market? Because if they canโ€™t answer that, theyโ€™re not leading. Theyโ€™re just hoping you wonโ€™t notice. We seem to be on a suicide mission and signing that Associate Membership with the EU is just tightening the noose! This isnโ€™t a game!
