I like $IREN in theory….
But, less than a year runway on existing capital. Certainly a new raise is coming sooner than later. Old saying holds true.

I’m long $2p still.
$QS looks / trades terribly.
Only looking at $1.7m in upcoming revenue & burning cash for years. 2-3 year $ runway means a new equity raise is around the corner. Likely coupled with a reverse split. They usually go hand & hand. Expect new price discovery to bring significant drop from there. My 2 cents. F.D.

Selling $50p ITM $ASTS midday today expirations seemed scary until they closed out of the money.
I like that trade now.
I don’t see many in my feed lightening up on stocks.

Guess / bet on $VKTX is, they already have / had terms for new financing w/ today’s massive volume. My guess is the finance debenture team is laying it out, as much as possible.
hedging risk for $1B in equity Co. will sell for possibly going it alone without being bought.
$VKTK at $200m Financing + additional $30m
That is about 6.6m shares @ $35. But they get to buy it at a discount to the market upon conversion.
Easy terms to understand,
They been selling shares in the run up, They can cover the short at a discount after they sell it down as much as possible. Would you rather convert to cover here or at low $30's. I am not a hater. I am trying to teach you all the ways of Wall Street.
