At the head of each electoral cycle in the last 30 years most prominent voices in politics, CSO, church have told us how we urgently need a new Constitution.
Now the same voices are saying the Constitution is too sacrosanct to even be talked about.

This is an easy one. He will sign Executive Orders that you've never seen before.
Trump will REMAIN President, but what he CAN'T do now:
1. *Can't pass any law:*
Needs Parliament. With Democrats at 90, all his bills will be blocked.
2. *Can't get money:*
Parliament controls the budget. No funding for his MAGA projects, Wall etc.
3. *Faces Impeachment Risk:* Democrats can start investigations and even move impeachment.
4. *Can't appoint Judges/Officials freely:* Senate will block his picks.
5. *Can't do big foreign deals:*
Trade deals, war funding needs Parliament nod.
In short: He will stay in the White House, sign Executive Orders, but Parliament and Courts can overturn them.
He becomes a *Lame Duck President* - President in name, powerless in reality.

Pro Govt speakers don't deserve to be heard. They have no Freedom to express themselves. They are victimised.

Article 106 (3) can easily be amended by a mere vote in Parliament.💀😂😂😂.
For the uninitiated, Article 106(3) of the Zambian Constitution clearly states:
"A person who has twice held office as President is not eligible for election as President."
The presidential term is 5yrs (Article 106(1)).
