THANK YOU FOR BEING OUR RECORD LABEL.
I have always liked building things differently.
That is why I created September Mourning
From the beginning, this was never supposed to be just another band. I was building the first female-led transmedia metal project of its kind: one continuous universe living across music, comic books, characters, visual art, and live performance.
I wasn’t simply fronting a band. When I walked onstage, I embodied September—a human-Reaper hybrid whose story extended beyond the performance and onto the pages of a comic book created with Marc Silvestri and published through Top Cow and Image Comics.
Before theatrical female-led metal became much more visible, we were already stepping onto stages as characters and bringing an entire fictional world to life. We didn’t look like the other bands around us because we weren’t trying to become another version of something that already existed.
I wanted to build something I couldn’t find.
That is what I have always done. I make things that don’t exist yet.
The way we are funding the next evolution of September Mourning is simply another expression of that same instinct.
We have experienced the traditional record-label model. Our last deal offered us less to create an entire record than this community has already helped us raise, along with their marketing and if we were lucky a radio campaign... and in exchange, they wanted our masters, pieces of our touring, and ownership in what we were building.
So we chose to build differently again.
Through Artizen, we’re using Web3 and blockchain infrastructure to connect our community directly with sponsor-backed matching funds from the broader worlds of technology, art, science, and culture. It gives creative projects another path—one that doesn’t begin and end with the traditional music industry.
Because of you, we funded the next comic.
Because of you, we funded Volume V.
And because of you, we are moving toward bringing this next chapter of the Reaperverse back to the stage by fixing our touring vehicle!
You are doing what record labels were originally supposed to do: making the art possible without taking ownership of the artists or the worlds they create.
You have become the record label.
To everyone who has contributed, collected an Artifact, shared the project, streamed the music, bought the comics, come to our shows, or simply believed in what we are building: thank you.
We love you, we appreciate you, and we cannot wait to build the next chapter of September Mourning with all of you.
If you would like to help and become part of our record label, you can find the project here:

If you already have, thank you for being the record label for us.

Round 3 – Final polite questions from long-term holdersWe have now asked detailed questions twice. They received a like and then complete silence. Thousands of us have already locked real capital into land, buildings, yachts, vehicles, jetpacks, University passes, Magic Boxes and other assets. We remain supportive of the overall vision and are not here to attack or destroy the project. We are, however, out of patience with non-answers. This is the last set of questions we will ask in this tone. The next ones will be significantly more serious.
1. How much total capital (XRP and fiat equivalent) has been raised from all land sales, NFT collections (Genesis, DS Private, Crown Council, yachts, vehicles, jetpacks, University/UniVerseCity passes, Magic Boxes, XS Tower, etc.) since the project began?
Can the community receive a clear, high-level breakdown of how those funds have been spent on actual world development versus operations, marketing, studios and other categories?
2. What is the current cash position and runway of the operating company? If meaningful new funding does not arrive in the next 6–12 months, what is the concrete plan to finish the regions and assets that holders have already paid for?
3. Of every plot, parcel and related asset that has been sold or allocated, what exact percentage (or absolute number) is currently fully placeable, buildable and usable by the individual owner inside the live environment?
How many remain in regions or categories that are still non-functional for their owners?
4. The official beta FAQ on xspectar.com still states that the Beta is disconnected from the xSPECTAR WORLD and holders cannot see their plots. Community members are already inside developed areas (Marina, NYC, partial Hillside). Why has this statement never been updated, and what is the precise current technical status of ownership linkage for every other sold city asset?
5. Under which legal entity and jurisdiction were the land and asset sales conducted? What contractual or legal obligation exists that requires delivery of a fully functional, owner-usable version of the assets that were sold?
6. The public roadmap page remains the 2023 version. Several major items listed for 2023 and 2024 are still incomplete. Which of those specific items does the team still regard as binding commitments to the people who purchased assets on the basis of them?
7. How is current team and studio capacity actually divided between finishing and activating assets already sold to the community versus new foundational work (AI tools, architecture, new collections, external partnerships)?
8. Regarding the Magic Boxes and Magic Keys: the founder publicly stated there are not enough keys to open all the boxes “by design.” For holders who purchased Boxes that can never be unlocked, what is the intended resolution or utility path?
9. If a material portion of the sold regions and assets remains incomplete or non-usable 12 months from now, what remediation or accountability mechanism will exist for the thousands of holders who already paid?
@xSPECTAR & @xspectDS
We are still holding and still want this project to succeed. We simply require transparent, specific answers about the capital that was raised, the legal commitments that were made, and the real delivery status of what has already been sold. A like, is no longer an acceptable response.
From all of your biggest investors
Thank you.
