Fire hazard but also didn't fix the issue anyways. For a spot in grand finals 5-5 we heard caster screaming "NO NO NO" through the booth as well as fans in front of the booths start standing on bleachers. Choppy quality for some reason but can get the idea.

Dont care what team this benefits or hurts. I dont get why they moved away from soundproof booths. Were they not effective? Got too hot? Either way, this shouldn't factor into any esport

Open events were the shit. There was something special about the MLG pro circuit being on tour, coming to your city and everyone being able to pull up. You buy a team pass and go as far as your skill takes you. Get a shot at the pros. Maybe even end up on main stage if you were good enough. The allure of that was unmatched. Golden age of esports
