@TUIUK you change my flight after I’ve booked in. Zero communication zero email absolutely nothing from you until I’m at the desk after being stressed and anxious all morning about my flight. This is unacceptable

@RBS_Help You’ve changed what characters are allowed in references and I’m struggling to pay my credit card off and also having to change every single reference I’ve got saved whenever I make a payment now. Is this a permanent new feature? Cant even have a space in a reference?

@ubereats_uk I don’t understand the “Saver Promotion” I selected for my food to get here at 7:45 and it was gonna save me 50p, worked out for me but the foods just got here 40 mins early and nothing on their ticket to say it should be 7:45? I can’t eat it yet,it gonna go cold 🙄

@VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK Have had £30 taken from my deceased father’s bank account. It was a Voxi sim, whenever I contact them they tell me to ring vodaphone bereavement services, when I ring they tell me they can’t help as it’s a voxi issue. I just want my dad’s money refunded.

@RBS_Help I’ve somehow exceeded my daily limit even though I’ve not sent money since Friday and it’s telling me to wait until Tuesday for my daily limit to reset? It’s currently Sunday. Does the weekend not count towards limits and can you help me access my own money please.

@RoyalMailHelp Delivery Driver completely ignored the special request to leave the package in the shed, I’ve tried to arrange the package going to my local post office instead but now it’s going to be attempted delivery to my house Thursday again. Can you change it? It won’t let

@TeamYouTube An unlisted video of my childhood 1-16 yrs old has been deleted from YouTube for “child safety policy” ok fair enough but please there must be a way I can download this video? It’s the only copy I have. It still lets me watch it in yet studio but no download it!
