⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️ A New Jersey judge has GRANTED Fauziya Abashe’s motion to compel the deposition of non-party witness Tobechukwu J. Anamdi in her lawsuit against Livingston Allen, aka DJ Akademiks and related entities. The Court has ordered Anamdi to appear IN PERSON for deposition on SEPTEMBER 10, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. The deposition will be recorded by both stenographic and audio-visual means and may continue from day to day until completed. Anamdi must also produce all documents responsive to the subpoena previously served on him no later than FIVE BUSINESS DAYS before the deposition. And the Court included a SERIOUS WARNING, If Anamdi FAILS to comply without an adequate excuse, he could face CONTEMPT OF COURT and additional sanctions, including the possible issuance of a BENCH WARRANT for his arrest and appearance before the Court. Abashe’s attorneys must personally serve Anamdi with the order within seven days and file proof of service with the Court. So, the key development is that the Court is now FORCING this non-party witness to participate in discovery and turn over the subpoenaed materials. WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

⚖️COURT UPDATE⚖️The Estate of Nolan X. Wells has WITHDRAWN its original subpoena to TikTok, Inc. and issued a NEW subpoena to the entity TikTok identified as the proper records holder. On August 21, 2026, Christine Wells Wonsley withdrew the earlier subpoena after TikTok’s counsel informed her attorneys that TikTok, Inc. was NOT the proper entity for Nolan Wells’ account. According to the filing, TikTok had produced NO records under the original subpoena. A replacement subpoena has now been issued to TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC. The Estate is seeking records connected to Nolan Wells’ TikTok account, including: • Account identification and registration information. • Login, access and session records. • IP addresses and device information. • Password resets, account changes and security events. • Follower, following, friend, block and unblock information. • Metadata concerning posts, videos, stories, comments and LIVE activity. • Public communications Nolan Wells made available to the general public. • LOCATION DATA associated with the account, session, access or devices on JULY 4, 2026. The subpoena specifically seeks July 4 location information from 12:00 A.M. through 11:59 P.M. Central Time, including latitude, longitude, timestamps and IP-derived location information, if maintained by TikTok as non-content records. The broader relevant activity period identified in the subpoena runs from JUNE 1 through JULY 10, 2026. Importantly, the subpoena says the Estate is NOT seeking private direct messages, friends-only communications, drafts or other restricted communications that federal law prohibits TikTok from disclosing. Instead, the Estate is focusing largely on account records, metadata, access history, device information and communications that Nolan himself configured as PUBLIC. TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is being directed to produce responsive records within 21 DAYS of receiving the subpoena, but no sooner than 15 days after receipt.
