That’s why we’ve been proud to support the FIRM Act (Financial Integrity and Regulation Management Act, H.R. 2702) as it makes its way through Congress. It couldn’t have happened without the tireless work of the @FSCArmy. 🩷
While SpankPay is winding down, the fight is far from over. We’re channeling our energy into advocacy and changing the systems that made this necessary.

This is a particularly upsetting slide.
In this study, HALF of the sex workers interviewed revealed that that they were DENIED a loan due to their adult work. 🙅♀️
Plus, 88% of those who applied for a business loan have had a bank account closed or denied.
