What’s your favorite career advice you’ve ever received?
Mine is “Do your job to the best of your abilities, but always put *your* priorities over your employer’s. Don’t sacrifice for an organization that won’t sacrifice for you.”

I've done it. I'm contracted into a long term voiceover gig that sees me as a full time VA indefinitely.
How long did it take? Nearly 9 years.
How old am I? 21 this week.
How did I do it? Persistence and listening to the right people.
Never stop learning ❤️

Voice actor friends! Keep working at it. Every day. Find what makes you happy, be CURIOUS about it, work to make it more thoughtful and engaging. The more we love learning about what we do, the better we will become. ❤️ Good luck out there!
