Sparxity computing chips for Telekom data centers.
Yesterday at the Digital-Gipfel in Berlin, we signed a partnership with T-Systems (@tsystemscom), part of Deutsche Telekom (@deutschetelekom). Sparxity systems are expected to run in Telekom and T-Systems data centers, beginning with reference deployments and scaling up to data-center-scale deployments for AI inference.
Dr. Ferri Abolhassan, CEO of T-Systems: “Together, we can operate AI computing systems in a much more energy-efficient way.”
Sparsity means skipping the computation that doesn’t matter, so compute, memory and energy go where it counts.
This collaboration would bring European chips to an unprecedented datacenter-scale.

A major milestone for us: JUBIS, a sparse-native system built by Sparxity, is now deployed at the Jülich Supercomputing Centre (JSC), home to Europe’s exascale supercomputer.
This multi-million-euro installation marks another step in bringing our computing architecture into some of the world’s leading HPC facilities.
And with this milestone, we’re opening a new chapter: SpiNNcloud is now Sparxity.
Sparxity reflects our growing ambition in sparse computing, from HPC workloads to the next generation of AI inference.
We’ve come a long way since our first chip, and we’re just getting started.
