Margaret Clauder, aka Mother Goose, does not disappoint! I’ve lost count of the number of times she’s visited Spicewood. Her humor and ventriloquism have Kinder- 2nd graders talking about her all day. 💗
A day of b’day surprises! So many sweet notes and hugs made my day. Thanks to everyone… especially my 3rd grade buddy class! 🥰
Spicewood is back to our community coming together to socialize and support the library in a big way. Here’s our 2 hour book fair evening event in 30 seconds! 😊
Our @bookspringatx donation is bigger this year, due to teachers having to clean out their rooms for HVAC repairs this summer. Luckily, other kids will benefit!
I love seeing the @WWHSWarrior graduating seniors who went to Spicewood! I hope you have some special memories and lots of good friends from your time here. Congratulations and best of luck to you!
So happy to see things growing again. "Flowers grow back even after the harshest winters, you will too." -Jennae Cecelia
Our 1st virtual district Battle of the Bluebonnets was fabulous! Our reps did a fantastic job, missing only 3 questions, and had a blast the whole time. I love celebrating books & reading! 🥳Thank you @BryanM_KVUE for emceeing this event once again. @LibrariesRRock
I love getting to work with such giving, fabulous moms! Students look forward to our book fair for weeks thanks to these lovely ladies. A big thanks to #rjyork2009 for these awesome shirts!! #SpicewoodPYP
Getting ready for our book fair. Thanks Vanessa Neves for the beautiful door decorations. The kids will be so excited! 📚
The Spicewood teachers & staff made us feel so appreciated during National Library Week! Thank you all! I am so lucky to get to work with such an amazing group! 💕
We repurposed some old globes to create this arrangement of lights in the library. I saw this idea in 2018 and Jackie and I finally did it, thanks to the help of our fabulous RRISD maintenance team!☺️
Our amazing leadership team spoils us! A socially distanced lunch with a great ambiance! 🔥 🎶 @SpicewoodPYP
Although a lot more work than we thought it would be, our book fair was a huge success! Thanks to everyone for putting up with our learning curve and supporting the library. Happy reading! 📚
Our fabulous admin is working around the clock and they still do this! They’re the best!
Grateful for our @SpicewoodPYP administration this afternoon for this sweet and timely gesture! Its been a LONG week getting ready for our kiddos and a take home dinner on Friday was an AMAZING treat! @TeyanAllenRRISD @EriCruzRRISD @MsAPeoples @PYPOates #SpicewoodSTRONG
