They murdered a 3 year old and got away with it because the system is broken and corrupt beyond repair. The coroner who performed the autopsy claimed that there was no way to tell whether police shot the bullets that killed him or if someone else did it. They clearly pressured the coroner to cover up for them. It’s bullshit that he wouldn’t have been able to tell which bullet killed the son. Police departments need to be abolished and completely reformed. There is no “bad apple” argument to be made anymore. It’s a rotten orchard.

I looked into this and apparently the judge who let him go free has a history of giving sex offenders lenient sentences. There was even a 2025 petition made to have him removed from his position after he allowed a man who admitted to sexually abusing a 6 year old to not have to register as a sex offender and suspended his sentence to just probation. Prior to that he allowed another man who plead guilty to raping a teen to also not have to register as a sex offender AND suspended his sentence to just probation as well. There are apparently SIX different cases where he has done this not including this case. His name is Judge Michael Whyte and these are the case numbers where he has allowed men who have raped and abused children to go free.
