Vic with Wilt Chamberlain numbers tonight 52 points (career high) 24 rebounds (also a career high) 8 blocks In 34 minutes #Spurs survive the Mavericks 112-111 for their 6th straight win

At the half, Victor Wembanyama is on pace for... 58 points 30 rebounds 10 blocks 4 steals 4 assists in 34 minutes #Spurs lead Dallas 68-51

Vic is not only having a phenomenal first half. He's having a very loud one. Just about everything he's doing: dunks, three's, moves, blocks, steals are highlight worthy #Spurs

A 'wow' moment But still not at the level that it should be. A sign the things Victor Wembanyama does still get taken for granted At 7-5, going behind his back at full speed mid court, then between his legs while a guard is hounding him before stepping through for a dunk #Spurs

⬇️ "They're a young team that's hungry. Have aspirations to be a good team" -With the Mavericks also featuring a 'generational' type talent, another guy who went number 1 overall & several good young players, talked w/Devin Vassell about whether the Mavs remind him of the #Spurs

⬇️ "Well-deserved. We congratulated him. Proud of him. The sky's the limit for Vic... An amazing talent, tremendous talent...can't deny his dedication to the game..." -talked w/Keldon Johnson about Victor Wembanyama winning the #NBA Western Conference Player of the Week #Spurs

Spurs woke up in that third quarter. Defense much tighter. Victor, a force at the rim. Outscored Utah 35-20 in the period. Wemby with a flurry to end. Dylan Harper leads all #Spurs with 17

Victor Wembanyama was named the #NBA Western Conference Player of the Week for the 4th time his career Wemby led #Spurs to a 3-0 record, avg'ing 36 pts, 10.3 rebs, 4.3 blocks, 3.7 assists & 2 steals in 33.1 mins pg, shooting 56% from the field in wins vs the Kings, Jazz & Wolves

⬇️ A couple of #Spurs arena and Project Marvel updates as well as a heads-up regarding traffic near the Frost Bank Center over the next several weeks...

The Vic to Dylan alley-oop makes highlights for obvious reasons But it embodies their uniqueness... 7'5 guy has the versatility to throw a lob from the three-point line while dribbling to his left with his off hand to a 6'5 guy who switches hands at the rim & finishes #Spurs

The tip at the buzzer counts for Vic Give him 23 for the first half. #Spurs shoot 60 percent from the field in those first 24 minutes, 59% from three-point range Up 80-54 at the half vs. the Kings

At this rate, Julian Champagnie's gonna tie his career high of 11 three-pointers (last New Year's Eve) in a single game in the first half. That miss a little while ago was just his second of the night. 8/10 from beyond the arc. #Spurs

When the Kings went zone, the #Spurs offensively put Steph at the free throw line. Given his skill set, great way to utilize him. He immediately found Julian for a 3.

Victor with a 15-point first quarter. Lob dunks at the start to get him going. Regarding Vic on defense, Kings continue opponents trend of going at him by attacking his chest. #Spurs shoot 60% from the field in that first quarter, including 60% from 3. Up 39-29 after 1.

Considering the NFC East is wide open, and probably will be for most of the season: a needed w for the #dallascowboys vs short handed Eagles. D w/one if its better efforts - helped tremendously facing a backup quarterback - and O turned in its most balanced performance of 2026.

Given where they are coming into the game, tough to ask for a better first half for the #dallascowboys Their D played decent enough in the later part of the first half. Offensively, running game’s looked better than it has all year and their stars are making plays. Up 6 at the H
