The Sabres can’t win a home game. 4-7 in their last 11 going back to the second round last season. That was a miserable 3rd period. Rare. PP chance to go up 2-0 and don’t even sniff a chance. Give up the tying goal on a bad rebound. Lose the game on a miserable play by 26.
They rightfully get criticized for this. To be fair, they are developing a ton of Italians on their youth team. I believe it’s 8 of 11 of their usual starters. Two u19 Italians scored today. This is all positive. Shout out to Como and Fiberglass. Sure beats another Roma choke.
