This is an old pic (We’re now on week 6 or 7😉). Walk & Roll to school Wednesdays initiative is happening all year long. We have a draw for small prizes every 8 weeks. 🚴🏿‍♀️🚶🏾‍♂️🚶‍♀️😊 @PDSB_eco

Our newly revised Litterless Lunch tracking sheet + draw tickets. Our Eco Team kids (we still have over 60 kids total EVERY week! So many that we have an energy conservation group & a waste reduction group) go to the rooms, check lunches and record names on tickets. @PDSB_eco 😊

Putting finishing touches on our Eco Team information board (displayed near the office). 2 main focuses this year = Energy Conservation & Waste Reduction 🌿🌎😊 @SpringbrookPS @PDSB_eco

Our first used book sale of the year is a hit! Parents and students are helping support our Eco Team. Thanks everyone! 📚 🌿 @SpringbrookPS @PDSB_eco

We check for Litterless Lunches once per week. Incentives for the students and classes have started too. Helping reduce waste at @SpringbrookPS 😊

One of the many Eco Team announcements we share regularly with the school.

Our Eco Team (this is only half of them) worked on some waste management posters. We will soon be monitoring waste around the school (encouraging staff/students to minimize waste). @SpringbrookPS @PDSB_eco
