Springfield Township will host a Shred-It event at the Springfield Township Country Club, Saturday, November 7th. The event begins at 10:00AM and runs until 1:00PM, or, until the truck is full.
(1/4) Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 3rd is Election Day! (trash and recycling WILL be collected as scheduled) Polls open at 7AM and close at 8PM.

If you requested a Mail-In or Absentee Ballot, you may place it in the Drop Box located in front of the Springfield Township Library (70 Powell Road).
In observance of the Columbus Day holiday, all Township offices will be closed on Monday, October 12th. There will be no trash or recycling services. Please hold your items until your next scheduled pick-up day.

(1/3) Earlier today, township and police department officials met with the location team for season 2 of HBO’s series Task to discuss filming scheduled for Saxer Avenue Thursday, October 1st.
(2/3) Understanding that there are two schools in direct proximity to the shooting location, parking and traffic flow were discussed to best minimize interference to vehicle and pedestrian traffic. There will be parking restrictions associated with this event.
