Thank you so much to everyone who came along to our school career’s fair. There was such a wide range of careers, pathways and experiences shared that really helped give our pupils an insight into their potential futures. It was great to see former pupils returning as well.

So, so proud of our team placing 2nd today out of ten Glasgow teams. With only a point difference with the winning team they did amazingly well and worked so hard. Absolute stars 🌟@StAndrewsRCSec

Thanks to Mr Jones @StAndrewsCompSc for taking some of our young people along to the apprenticeship event hosted by Morgan Stanley. The pupils heard from current graduate apprentices, the unis that offer the programmes as well as what employers are looking for. Sounded brilliant

We are delivering a careers fair on Tuesday 3rd March. If any of our families, partners or members of the community would like to get involved and have a stall to discuss their business, career, training or pathways with our young people then please get in touch @StAndrewsRCSec

Congratulations to all our teams today but a particular well done goes to our winning team. They showed great resilience and kept trying different ideas until they were happy. Well done girls ⭐️ @StAndrewsCompSc @StAndrewsRCSec

For all our young people who are interested in coding please see the fantastic opportunity below. If anyone needs help with the registration form please pop up and see me @StAndrewsRCSec @StAndrewsCompSc

Thank you so much to James and his team from @ThalesUK for coming in to speak to our Higher and Advanced Higher Physics classes today. Was great seeing all the different applications in real life and hearing about the different entry levels.

Thank you very much to James from @ThalesUK for coming along to host our S5/S6 pupils and take them through assessment centre style activities. They really showed off the range of skills that they have and know what they should focus on in the future.
