This should be illegal. Our laws don’t reflect today’s technology landscape and risks.

The US government will give your startup up to $1.55M and take 0% equity. @NSF's America's Seed Fund is open again after Congress reauthorized it in April. Three tracks: - Phase I: up to $305K to prove the idea - Phase II: up to $1.25M to build it - Fast-Track: up to $1.55M, both phases in one go Who can apply: - US-based startups with 500 or fewer employees - 51%+ owned by US citizens or permanent residents - Not majority owned by VCs - All the work done in the US How it works: - Send a 3-page Project Pitch first - NSF invites the best ones to submit a full proposal - Next full proposal deadline: Nov 4 Phase I funding rates have run about 10 to 20%. It's work, but nobody takes your cap table. Application link 👉 seedfund.nsf.gov Bookmark and tag a tech founder who needs this.

Would you build a house by ordering materials and then hiring a design/build co to draw the plans? Nobody would. Passing Amd. 3 without modeling the consequences and costs first is equivalent.

But how MUCH debt relief will be needed? Nobody knows. You propose a $1B transition fund. From where did you pull that number? Is it a guess? Amd. 3 is DOGE 2.0, and it may likewise have costly unintended consequences.

This is an important point you’re making. The next and obvious question is, how many small, rural cities and towns will default on their municipal bonds because of amendment 3? Has anyone done this analysis?

There is a reason that legacy media had editors and editorial boards. It was to prevent extremely bad takes like this from seeing the light of day.

Sorry, here’s the link. I went to refill mine last night and they are on backorder. Frustrating. There’s another company out there that looks to be counterfeit, they have mishmash language from different types of supplements that are not correct. oxaloacetatecfs.com/products…

Direct from the company. My Dr had a good discount code. I take 2 capsules in the morning and one in the afternoon. It keeps me mentally sharp longer at work.

No. It’s good to know it’s there, I do know people who’ve been helped a lot with autoimmune conditions.

Erica have you tried vagal nerve stimulation for pain? My doctor recommended a device called Pulsetto. It is very strange, but also effective. It stimulates the carotids on your neck.
