Father’s Day hits different when you look at where the story started. From two people celebrating the possibility of a little girl… to me holding her hand and realising she has completely changed what “success” means. The gym builds strength. Bitcoin builds freedom. Work builds a future. But fatherhood gives all of it a purpose. One day that tiny hand won’t need mine to cross the road. Until then, I’m going to be present for every walk, every laugh, every lesson and every ordinary moment I’ll eventually wish I could have back. My greatest responsibility. My greatest blessing. My greatest proof of work. Happy Father’s Day to every dad building himself into the man his children deserve. ❤️ Stack sats. Build strength. Raise them right.

A dear friend asked me this yesterday, and I thought I’d throw it to some of the serious Bitcoiners on here: “Bruzzy — sell me on why physically holding your BTC is such a big deal? Why go through the effort, responsibility and complexity of self-custody when you could simply have the same capital exposure through a managed Bitcoin ETF?” Fair question. So, Bitcoiners — if you had ONE shot at convincing someone why owning the actual Bitcoin matters more than simply owning exposure to its price… What would you tell them? Self-custody vs ETF. I don’t know what all my problems are… But I’m pretty damn sure the answer looks something like this: Lift heavier. Build strength. Eat well. Look what I found buried in my daughter’s toy basket. 😂 Apparently the Coldcard has found its new threat model. After the recent security drama, I guess it’s been reassigned from protecting generational wealth to teaching toddlers their numbers. 😭 “Okay sweetheart… 1, 2, 3, 4… and this button used to secure Daddy’s Bitcoin.” 😂 At least it’s still useful for something. It feels like it was only yesterday that I was standing there, overwhelmed with emotion, cutting your umbilical cord and holding you for the very first time. And today… I’m sitting here assembling your first bike. 🥹 Everyone tells you how quickly they grow up, but you never truly understand it until it’s your own little girl growing right in front of your eyes. One day I was carrying you home in my arms. Now I’m getting ready to watch you ride away on two wheels. Time, please slow down. I’m not ready for these moments to become memories just yet. Watching you grow is the greatest privilege of my life, baby girl. From cutting the cord to building your first bike… and every little milestone still to come. Dad will be right there for all of it. ❤️

There is no amount of money, status or success that could replace moments like this. Walking beside my baby girl, watching her take in the world… this is winning. You can chase wealth your entire life, but some things are simply priceless. No riches could ever buy this moment back once it has passed. Blessed beyond words. Grateful to be present. Grateful for the ordinary days that I know one day I’ll desperately wish I could relive. She may not remember every one of these walks. But I will. ❤️ And I hope she always remembers that her dad was there — to guide her, protect her, love her and walk beside her through every season of life. “As a father has compassion on his children, so the Lord has compassion on those who fear him.” — Psalm 103:13 This is wealth.
