There’s commitment to getting the passengers to the airport on time and then there’s dodgy driving. The 500 Glasgow Airport Express left the M8 westbound at J24 to rejoin ahead of the queue at 13:50 today, but had to go through red lights to achieve this goal. @FirstinGlasgow
For a publicly funded arts organisation @ScottishOpera make it really difficult to buy tickets in person. The only way to find out the opening times for the Theatre Royal in Glasgow is to turn up and look for the notice in the foyer.
@GlasgowCC @SWGlasgowPolice what is the correct course of action when you see parents parking on yellow zigzags at pickup time eg today @ShawlandsPS at 15:00?
Hey @glasgow_taxis one day all your taxis will be electric but until then please don’t park at the public charging points.

An important article on farming today @BBCRadio4 the unseen consequences of robotic lawnmower
Amazing arrangement of Mahler 2 for 30 horn players - all called Jonathan Barrett. Could this be the future of the @BBCPhilharmonic on @BBCRadio3 ?
Amazing performances from @ScotEnsemble tonight. The intensity of the Beethoven blew me away
Amazing to hear @the_halle Siegfried in the Usher Hall. Fabulous Brunnhilde for the closing scene made the evening
Apparently @ScotCitylink from Glasgow to Edinburgh run “state of the art” coaches. Someone needs to tell @westcoastmotors the bus is pumping out warm air on the hottest day of the year. The driver assures me it is on the lowest setting. How about service the A/C?
Independence for orchestras (or sections)? What about for @RSNO kennethwoods.net/blog1/2016/…
Completely amazing performance from @RSNO - Mahler 2 in GRCH. Didn't just touch my soul it wrenched it out into the open
What's that hideous noise in @BBCRadio3 interval broadcast? Can we keep this sort of unmusical organ weirdness to its own dedicated slot?
Johann Stadlmann retweeted
The Canadian composer Peter Oundjian does not have a twitter. So everyone stop tweeting at me for his performance. I ain't conducting shit.
Haven't been to @RSNO in ages but picked a good night for it. Turangalîla on fine form / such exuberance!
Can't believe @EvanHD just told his female interviewee to "forget the beaver" @BBCRadio4
