DEBBIE: Being too serious is another quagmire.
CHRIS: A friend of ours is involved in the production of a really big, major group and they’re undergoing the same thing. They’re all fighting. Nobody speaks to each other.
DEBBIE: We never got that bad. We were always able to talk to one another. I would hate to have to work with people I couldn’t talk to. That’s absurd. 🖤🤍
miss them too. MSG was the place to be for Wrestling in the 70s and 80s. Rarely were you disappointed. You may have been mad at the outcome, but you got over it the following month when Bruno ,Pedro or Bob Backlund got their revenge
Tony Garea was very popular with the fan base. He wrestled every night on the spot shows & always received huge support. While he wasn’t a singles champion he held tag titles several times &always drew a big crowd whenever he was on a spot show
