Though I recharged my account for almost 3 months before due date and made no of calls suddenly it says ur call cannot be connected due to insufficient balance. And this is not first time. T
There should be rule to port out from such inefficient services even for prepaid customers. Due to no control & proper law by @DoT_India, @JM_Scindia these operators create inconvenience on a regular basis.

The Loudspeakers at Aditya Urban Casa at Sector 78 Noida is playing mad in a residential area without any concern about the residents around. This is db level at at 200 ft distance than acceptable 45db.

Request the ministry to have more control over e-commerce platform like #Amazon as nowadays most of the ecom don't have any direct customers support except bot.
They do not care to sort out issues for customers. Recently I had to use X to reach @amazonIN but they r not delivering paid product for two weeks now and not refunding as well. Customer satisfaction has reached a historic low.
