$AAPL and $MSFT might be the last line of defense for this market.šŸ‘€ Take a look at how far the Magnificent 7 have fallen from their all-time highs: $GOOGL: -30.4% $META: -21.8% $TSLA: -18.4% $AMZN: -15.4% $NVDA: -14.5% $MSFT: -4.0% $AAPL: -1.2% While most of big tech has been getting absolutely hammered, Microsoft and Apple have held up relatively well. And that’s what concerns me in the short term. These two are essentially the last line of defense for the major indexes. If they start breaking down too, things could get ugly pretty quickly. Doesn’t mean the bull market is over, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see more volatility before things settle down.

$QQQ just entered correction territory TODAY. This is nothing yet. $SPY is barely down 5%. Not saying that things are going to get much worse, but imagine ANOTHER 5-10% drop in $QQQ. Can you stomach that?šŸ¤”

I know the past few weeks have been frustrating, but this is all part of investing. The market doesn’t move up in a straight line, and corrections like these are completely normal. One thing I’ve been emphasizing lately is that historically, stocks have performed very well in the 12 months following midterm elections. As political uncertainty starts to fade, markets tend to find their footing. Obviously, no guarantees, but history gives us reasons to be optimistic. For me, the key is owning quality companies with strong fundamentals, growing earnings, and solid balance sheets. And if you’re not comfortable picking individual stocks, ETFs like VOO and VTI are fantastic long-term investments. If you don’t need this money anytime soon, I think this is an environment where patience is rewarded. Hold your quality investments, gradually add when opportunities present themselves, and keep some cash available if possible. Remember, a stock dropping 10–20% doesn’t necessarily mean the business is deteriorating. Sometimes it’s just market sentiment taking over. Don’t let a few rough weeks derail a 10–20 year investment plan. Some of the best opportunities come when everyone else is panicking. Keep your emotions in check, stick to your strategy, and don’t overextend yourselves. We’ll be alright!šŸ’Ŗ

$INTC STOCK CRASHINGšŸ“‰ They delivered some solid Q3 numbers, but the outlook is a whole different story. • Revenue: $16.5 BILLION (+21% YoY) • Adjusted EPS: $0.52 vs. $0.23 last year (+126%) • Data Center & AI revenue: $7.3B (+78% YoY) • PC segment revenue: $8.1B (-5% YoY) • Adjusted gross margins: 44.1% vs. 40% last year • Q4 revenue guidance: $15B–$16B vs. $17.07B expected Weak guidance, ongoing PC demand concerns, manufacturing constraints, and continued cash burn are all causing this selloff. Intel also warned that PC weakness could persist into 2027, while a disruption at its Israel facility is hurting production. The AI business is showing impressive growth, but Wall Street clearly wanted a stronger outlook. Great quarter, ugly guidance. That’s all it takes! What are your thoughts?šŸ“‰

🚨WARREN BUFFETT’S 3 GOLDEN RULES FOR BUILDING WEALTH IN THE STOCK MARKET!šŸ“ˆ Warren Buffett didn’t build his fortune by chasing the hottest stocks or trying to time every market move. His strategy comes down to 3 simple principles: 1. Invest in what you understand. Don’t buy a stock just because it’s trending. Understand the business, how it makes money, and what gives it a competitive advantage. 2. Buy great companies at reasonable prices. A fantastic business isn’t automatically a fantastic investment. Valuation matters, and paying too much can hurt your long-term returns. 3. Be patient and think long term. Market corrections are inevitable. Buffett focuses on owning quality businesses for years, even decades, rather than reacting to every short-term fluctuation. The biggest takeaway? Building wealth in the stock market doesn’t have to be complicated. Discipline, patience, and consistency will often take you further than trying to predict the next big move. Sometimes the hardest part of investing is simply doing nothing.šŸ“ˆ

ServiceNow $NOW IS GETTING ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED!🚨 Shares are down over 25% today following Q3 earnings, and interestingly enough, the actual business is still growing at a pretty impressive rate. Here’s what they reported: • Revenue: $4.11B, up 20.5% YoY, beating estimates. • Adjusted EPS: $1.00 vs. $1.02 expected, a slight miss. • Subscription revenue: $3.99B, up 21% YoY. • Remaining performance obligations (RPO): $29.7B, up 22%. • AI annual contract value target raised to $1.7B for 2026. So why is the stock collapsing? The biggest issue is forward guidance. Management expects current remaining performance obligations (cRPO), a key indicator of future revenue, to grow just 18.5% in Q4, down from 20.5% in Q3. On top of that, Q4 subscription revenue guidance of $4.245B–$4.255B failed to impress Wall Street, while concerns about AI disrupting traditional software businesses continue to weigh on valuations. Here’s my take: This wasn’t a disastrous earnings report by any means. We’re still talking about a company growing revenue north of 20%, expanding its AI business, and generating strong cash flow. However, when investors are paying a premium for growth, even the slightest indication of slowing momentum can trigger a massive selloff. The big question now is whether this is an overreaction or the beginning of a broader valuation reset for software stocks. I’m keeping a close eye on $NOW here. A 25% haircut in a single session is certainly worth paying attention to!

THE STOCK MARKET HAS NEVER DONE POORLY AFTER MIDTERM ELECTIONS!šŸšØšŸ“ˆ Since 1950, the S&P 500 has posted a positive return in the 12 months following EVERY midterm election. Not a single negative year! Even more interesting? The average return during those periods has been 15.4%, compared to just 7.8% in other years. Nearly DOUBLE! Now, does this guarantee we’re about to see another massive rally? Absolutely not. But history tells us that once election uncertainty fades, stocks tend to perform exceptionally well. I’ve been saying it for weeks now. I wouldn’t be surprised to see a strong market recovery following the November elections and heading into 2027. There’s a reason I keep emphasizing the importance of looking beyond short-term volatility. The bigger picture matters!

$MSFT EARNINGS ARE OUTā€¼ļø āœ… Revenue: $92.28B vs. $90.62B expected — up 19% YoY āœ… Adjusted EPS: $4.89 vs. $4.71 expected — up 18% YoY āœ… Operating income: $45.92B — up 21% YoY Azure is the standout for me. Revenue reached $33.17B, growing 48% YoY. Total Microsoft Cloud revenue grew 30% to $63.9B. Commercial remaining performance obligations also jumped 73% to $677B. That’s contracted revenue still to be recognized over time, so it’s encouraging for demand, but it won’t all hit the income statement next quarter. The spending is still massive, though. Cash purchases of property and equipment reached $39.37B, roughly double last year. Microsoft generated $58B in operating cash flow, leaving about $18.63B after those purchases. That’s positive, but down from roughly $25.66B a year ago. Even with strong earnings growth, the infrastructure buildout is taking a bigger bite out of cash flow. It wasn’t strong everywhere either. Windows OEM and devices revenue fell 22%, while Xbox content and services declined 2%. The cloud numbers are encouraging, especially alongside operating profits growing faster than revenue. But I’m still watching how much spending it takes to support that growth. Good quarter overall in my opinion. I’d want to hear management’s outlook before getting too caught up in the initial after-hours move. A strong report matters, but so does what comes next!

$GOOG TANKING AFTER EARNINGS!šŸ“‰ Here are the key numbers: āŒ Revenue: $127.58B vs. $128.20B expected — up 25% YoY āŒ EPS: $2.12 vs. $3.02 expected āœ… Google Cloud: $30.71B vs. $28.8B expected — up 103% YoY Cloud is the standout for me. Revenue more than DOUBLED, while Cloud operating profit jumped 209% to $11.12B. Its operating margin expanded to 36.2% from 23.7% a year ago. That’s a big improvement in profitability. One detail worth watching, though: Google says TPU system sales contributed meaningfully to growth, so this includes hardware sales too. Search also grew 12% to $63.35B, and YouTube ad revenue grew 9% to $11.21B. Google says Search query growth was the strongest it’s been in five years. Now, about that EPS miss… Investment losses took $0.55 off EPS this quarter. Add back just that impact and you get roughly $2.67, still below the $3.02 headline estimate, but it helps explain why EPS fell even as operating income grew 30%. The bigger concern for me is cash flow. Google spent $51.36B on capex in ONE quarter, more than double last year. That exceeded its $42.29B in operating cash flow, leaving free cash flow at NEGATIVE $9.07B. It also raised about $12.4B by issuing common stock and $28.7B through senior notes, with no share buybacks during the quarter. My take: there’s plenty to like in the actual business here. Search is growing, Cloud is putting up huge numbers, and operating profits are improving. But the spending is massive. I want to see how consistently that growth translates into cash left over for shareholders. Cloud’s momentum is encouraging, but the cost of funding it deserves just as much attention.

WOW! SK Hynix ($SKHY) just said it expects the global memory chip shortage to persist THROUGH 2030! Even crazier? The company says its DRAM and high-bandwidth memory (HBM) production is effectively SOLD OUT through 2029! AI demand is absolutely exploding, and supply simply can’t keep up. This could be HUGE for the entire memory and semiconductor industry. $SKHY $MU $NVDA $SNDK

$SKHY JUST CRUSHED EARNINGS!🚨 • Revenue: $78.9 BILLION (+328% YoY) • Operating Profit: $62.8 BILLION (+632% YoY) • Operating Margin: 80% • Net Income: $30 BILLION (+216% YoY) • Revenue grew 32% QoQ! But here’s what really caught my attention… SK Hynix now has long-term agreements covering OVER 50% of its production capacity for 2027 AND 2028! Management also expects HBM4 to become its mainstream high-bandwidth memory product in Q4, with production ramping up significantly. And get this… The company is planning approximately $75.4 BILLION in shareholder returns in 2026, including dividends and share buybacks! This is another VERY encouraging sign for the broader AI trade. Companies aren’t just talking about AI anymore. They’re committing billions to infrastructure years in advance, and memory suppliers like SK Hynix are benefiting tremendously. The big question now is whether these extraordinary margins are sustainable, but fundamentally, these results are incredibly impressive. This is very bullish for the AI infrastructure story!

$HOOD IS TANKING AFTER EARNINGS!šŸ“‰ Some pretty impressive numbers here, but also a few areas of concern! • Revenue: $1.42 BILLION (+12% YoY) • EPS: $0.51 (GAAP) • Net Income: $476M • Options Revenue: $399M (+31%) • Equities Revenue: $121M (+41%) • Crypto Revenue: $120M (-55%) • Prediction Markets: $173M (over 6x growth!) • Robinhood Gold: 5.2 MILLION subscribers (+34%) • Total Platform Assets: $396 BILLION (+19%) • Funded Customers: 28.7 MILLION (+7%) One of my biggest takeaways? Robinhood is becoming MUCH more than just a stock and crypto trading platform. Gold subscriptions are soaring, prediction markets are generating serious revenue, and customers continue pouring money into the platform. The biggest concern? Crypto revenue fell 55%, and operating expenses increased 16%. Overall, I still like what I’m seeing fundamentally from $HOOD. The long-term growth story remains intact, and I’m actually looking to add more shares here, particularly in the $80–$85 range if we get there. Obviously, there’s no guarantee we see those levels, especially with how volatile this stock can be, but I think that would be an attractive area to increase my exposure. I’m not looking to gamble on short-term price action. I’m looking at where this business could be over the next several years. What do you guys think? Bullish or bearish on $HOOD? šŸ‘€

🚨$SOFI Q3 EARNINGS ARE OUT! BIG NUMBERS! SoFi just delivered another record quarter, with revenue surging 44% year-over-year! Here’s the breakdown: • Revenue: $1.39B (+44% YoY) • EPS: $0.18 • Net Income: $241M • Adjusted EBITDA: $470M (+70%) • Members: 17.1M (+35%) • New Members: 1.2M added! Segment Performance: • Lending: $821M (+66% YoY) • Financial Services: $525M (+25%) • Technology Platform: $87M (-24%) Management also RAISED full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $5.04B and introduced 2027 guidance of $6.4B in revenue and $0.90 EPS! My biggest takeaway? The growth is impressive, especially in lending, while fee-based revenue now accounts for 42% of total revenue. The Technology Platform remains a weak spot, but overall, there’s a lot to like here. What do we think of these numbers?! šŸ‘€

$SOFI earnings tomorrow before the bell… big test here. Wall Street expects roughly $1.25–$1.26 billion in revenue and $0.17 adjusted EPS. Personally, I’m more interested in whether they raise that $0.60 full-year adjusted EPS outlook. A beat is nice, but the guidance needs to back it up. I’ll also be watching member growth, borrower defaults, and whether Financial Services can keep growing while the Technology Platform recovers. Strong growth is great, but I want to see more of it translating into profits. What do you think—comeback quarter or another sell-the-news reaction?

🚨BREAKING: ANTHROPIC FILES FOR IPO! Anthropic has officially filed its public S-1 with the SEC, looking to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker $ANT! Look at these numbers! • $16.3 BILLION in revenue during the first half of 2026 • Valued at $965 BILLION in its last private funding round • Potential IPO valuation approaching $2 TRILLION • Could begin trading as early as November! This could be one of the largest IPOs in stock market history and a massive test of investor appetite for AI. The million dollar question or TRILLION dollar question is: Would you buy $ANT at a $2 trillion valuation?

🚨$MSFT EARNINGS THIS WEEK! A HUGE TEST FOR AI! Microsoft reports Wednesday after the bell, and investors will be paying VERY close attention to Azure and AI spending. Wall Street is expecting: • Revenue: ~$90.6B (+16.7% YoY) • EPS: ~$4.71 (+14% YoY) • Azure Growth: ~45% is a key benchmark • CapEx: Aggressive AI infrastructure investment remains a major focus The biggest catalyst here is Azure. Demand for AI computing continues to surge, but investors want to see Microsoft convert that demand into sustained cloud revenue growth. I’m also watching Copilot adoption and monetization. Microsoft has invested billions into AI, and the market wants to see those investments translate into real earnings growth. The biggest risk? CAPEX. If spending continues accelerating faster than revenue and cash flow, investors could start questioning the returns on these massive AI investments. Ultimately, this isn’t just about beating EPS and revenue expectations. It’s about proving that AI demand is translating into profitable, sustainable growth. $MSFT earnings could have major implications for $NVDA and the broader AI sector.
