The work of justice is more urgent than ever.
Public trust is fragile, access to justice remains uneven, and technology is reshaping courts. Yet democracy comes to life in state courts every day.
NCSC helps ensure justice is fair, equitable & efficient.
We are a proudly nonpartisan partner helping courts meet a polarized and evolving moment.
We invite you to join with us in this work and help bring America’s promise a little more within reach.

ODR isn’t just online court.
It gives litigants a digital space to manage a case and work toward resolution without necessarily stepping into a courtroom.
Depending on the case, ODR can let people access cases, communicate asynchronously, exchange documents, negotiate, get plain-language legal information, make payments, and turn agreements into court documents.
ODR isn’t about recreating the courtroom on a screen. It’s about rethinking dispute resolution around how people actually resolve disputes.
Learn 8 lessons for getting ODR right. ncsc.org/resources-courts/le…
