Heck yeah @JenKiggans !
Voting is more than a right. It’s our civic duty.
During my nearly four years of wrongful imprisonment, I personally wrote to over 180 sitting Members of Congress pleading for help. That included some of the most outspoken self-proclaimed defenders of the Second Amendment.
Only SIX answered the call.
These six Members of Congress put their names on a formal letter urging the administration to review my case and consider executive clemency.
I want to recognize them:
🇺🇸 Rep. Eli Crane @RepEliCrane
🇺🇸 Rep. Paul Gosar @RepGosar
🇺🇸 Rep. Eric Burlison @RepEricBurlison
🇺🇸 Rep. Daniel Webster @RepWebster
🇺🇸 Rep. Jen Kiggans @RepJenKiggans
🇺🇸 Rep. Rob Bresnahan @RepBresnahan
Their letter was part of the effort to bring attention to my case, which ultimately ended with a Full Presidential Pardon.
As Americans head to the polls, I encourage everyone to research their representatives, examine their records, and make their voices heard.
Actions matter. Remember who showed up. Get out and VOTE! 🇺🇸 @ScottPresler @realDonaldTrump @POTUS

🚨 PLEASE HELP DEMETRIO DAGA AND HIS FAMILY. 🇺🇸
Before his incarceration, Demetrio earned well into six figures, providing a comfortable life for his wife and two children.
Today, his wife is raising their children alone on a teacher’s salary.
His family has already spent OVER $200,000 in legal fees, exhausting their savings fighting to bring him home.
And the bills keep coming.
Just to obtain the trial transcripts needed for his appeal?
$8,600. JUST FOR TRANSCRIPTS.
Meanwhile, his family pays 12 cents a minute for phone calls, 50 cents per text message, and up to FIVE TIMES retail prices for basic commissary food.
I’ve lived through this nightmare. I know firsthand that when the government puts someone behind bars, their entire family pays the price.
I’m asking the Second Amendment community to rally behind Demetrio.
If just 1,000 people donated $10, we could cover his transcripts and provide some relief to his wife and kids.
You don’t have to give much. If you can’t donate, PLEASE repost.
A little from a lot of us can change everything for this family.
Let’s show them they’re not fighting alone. 🇺🇸

Chi-chi Carrotcake the pit mix is racist, wears sweaters, eats cheeseburgers every road trip & dragged full sized couches across back yards (she’s 11 now, this was in her youth) & is trained to assissinate all bugs. I also have a 90 lb black German shepherd, she’s just very loud.

This is an airsoft gun btw.
1. Holds dust cover up when charging to hide hop-up
2. Short charge handle pull
3. Nubbed airsoft nag
4. Hole in AR buffer
5. Sopmod stock for batteries
6. Non-milspec Hammer clearly visable
Get bent.
As a Marine and dad, I’m voting Yes on 9 to keep assault weapons off our streets.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
In Massachusetts, frames/receivers (treated as firearms) and large capacity magazines cannot be shipped directly to private homes; they require licensed dealer transfer with background checks or are prohibited, and unserialized ghost guns are banned.

The incredibly unconstitutional laws in DC created this black market.
You want to focus on “criminals”
“2A defenders” want to focus on the fact that they were cops.
I want to focus on
ALL OF THIS IS LEGAL ACCORDING TO THE CONSTITUTION
FIREARMS TRAFFICKERS FACE FEDERAL CHARGES.
Agee and Harris have prior felony convictions involving robbery and firearms offenses. Now, Brian “B” Agee and Frank “Fatboy” Rayvone Harris face federal charges alongside Arnise Lecresha Young, Antonique Whitaker, and Christian Shedetta Atkinson in an alleged firearms trafficking network moving dozens of guns from North Carolina into D.C. and beyond.
Young and Whitaker hold D.C. Special Police Officer licenses. Anyone entrusted with protecting the public must be held accountable when they allegedly help arm criminals.
Crime Gun Intelligence (CGI), including firearms tracing, NIBIN, and touch DNA, helps us connect crime scenes, identify shooters, and expose the trafficking networks supplying them.
I’m proud of our ATF agents and our partners on the D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force, including @USAO_DC, @USAO_EDNC, @PGPDNews, and @DCPoliceDept. We will follow the firearms, dismantle trafficking networks, and pursue those who fuel violence in our communities.
Traffic firearms to criminals, and ATF will find you and hold you accountable. Operating across state lines will not save you.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
