A tremendous accomplishment for our sophomore forward, Ella Anselm! Proud of all the hard work she's put in to earn this recognition
We said it before the first game of the season: we weren’t going to defend the title. We were going to attack another one.
The response?
43 goals. 4 conceded. 1 game to go.
That’s mentality. That’s standards. That’s UMSL.
⚽️ REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS 👏
With last night's win over Maryville, @UMSLAthletics secured its second-straight GLVC Regular Season title and the No. 1 seed in the GLVC Tournament!

Some nights feel bigger than a game.
9 seniors. 7 straight wins. Both goals scored by seniors.
But the real privilege is what these 9 have given this program - their commitment, standards, belief, and care.
We get to enjoy this moment because of what they have built.

The mentality last night was exceptional. We stayed brave, aggressive, connected. Even at 0–1, the belief never changed. The second‑half reaction was powerful. Four goals, relentless pressing, incredible atmosphere. Proud of this team and who we are becoming.
Character is revealed in the response.
Thursday hurt. Today demanded bravery, connection and aggression — and the players gave us all three.
1–1 away against one of the best teams in the country.
Not the finish line. A step in the right direction.
Keep going.
Final from Topeka!
Ashtyn Fry scores her first goal as a Triton in the 86th minute to bring UMSL level.

Culture is stronger when players help create it.
That’s why JUMP matters to us.
Our players chose the values that define us: Joy. Unity. Mentality. Perseverance.
They are not words we gave them. They are standards they chose to own.
People are more likely to commit to what they help create.
If you want more ownership within your culture, give players a hand in shaping it.
Ask for their perspective, invite them into the process of defining standards, let them help solve the problems, and give them a voice in how the team moves forward.
One of the best ways to increase buy-in is to stop asking people to buy in and give them something they can take ownership of.

Proud to start in the top 10, knowing it reflects the work and belief built last year. But rankings don’t define us — every day is a chance to prove who we are again.
The journey starts again Monday, and we’re ready to return to the pitch with hunger, connection, and purpose.
Enjoyed the conversation last week with @bwiese16 @KTRS550! Thank you for having me on to talk about our program and our student athletes.

We are excited to welcome these four to our program. They will add so much to our group, both on and off the field. We believe this class brings the balance we were looking for, and we're confident these four will strengthen our team, our culture, and our identity from day one.
Standards create consistency. Consistency creates belief. Belief creates moments like these.
Proud of what this program has achieved. Hungry for what comes next.

Congrats to 2027 Lainey Burress on her commitment to @UMSLWSOC. We are proud of you! @Gateway_Rush
We are still evaluating the portal for the right fit.
We’re looking to add the right people to our family at UMSL. Competitive, driven players who value trust, commitment, and care — and who want to be pushed in an environment built on daily growth and genuine connection.
UMSL is looking to strengthen our 2026 roster with one to two transfers.

Big win for the group and the program. Illinois State is a strong D1 side—2025 RPI better than over half the country—so this was a hard fought win. We played with real intensity, skill and courage. The work this spring is paying off, but we stay hungry and keep building.
Fighting the Monday morning blues by rewatching these goals from Aubree and Josie!
