If you're feeling a little anxious right now, try going through your senses:
Name...
1 thing you can taste
2 things you can smell
3 things you can hear
4 things you can touch
5 things you can see
Going through your senses can help ground you in this moment.
Our students have been doing some great practical activities!
Recently, they made series circuits & got to see an 'elephant's toothpaste' demo - which is a foamy substance caused by rapid decomposition of hydrogen peroxide using potassium iodide/yeast & warm water as a catalyst!
If you're thinking of studying with us & would like to visit beforehand, we'd love to welcome you for a campus tour!
👉 Saturday 12 June
👉 Saturday 14 August
Our friendly team will show you round & answer any of your questions. 😊
