Can we function without Nurses? No. Can anyone get a job as a nurse? No. Do we have enough nurses? No. Should we pay nurses fairly, retain staff and improving staffing levels. Yes. Retweet if you agree! #FairPayforNursing #NursesStrike #RCNStrike

Attitudes and vibes are infectious l, I’ve always thought this..
Remember that person who always brought bad vibes into the workplace? Don't be that person. #HappierNHS Work is a big part of our lives. So let’s be aware of the vibe we each create in this space.
Can any health care professionals that use the Eko core digital stethoscope by Littmann give me any feedback on its use? I’m trying to get this approved for use which is proving a long process @3MLittmann @scft_digital @TheQNI @RCNDNForum

It is estimated that 50% of all NMC Registrants work in a Community Setting & 90% of Health Care is delivered outside of hospital. Doesn’t feel like that from the national narrative, but with more acute & complex care at home community really is the place to be a nurse 💕@TheQNI

Thinking about time management? We can't consistently do the kind of work that demands serious mental focus for > 3 or 4 hours a day. We should ideally ring-fence 3 to 4 four hours of undisturbed focus when our energy levels are highest: inc.com/jessica-stillman/sim… V @EntryLevelRebel

I have had a couple of conversations about this with staff today. It is so important to stop and connect.. to improve well-being, resilience and staff morale which always leads to better patient care.
We have to make space for social connection at work, even when we're busy. Investing time to connect, engage & celebrate isn't "nice to do", it's "have to do". It's just as important as setting clear goals, expectations & accountabilities says @Jim_Kouzes: leadershipchallenge.com/lead…
