Third country removals play a vital role in the Trump administration’s mass deportation agenda.
For far too long, illegal aliens ordered removed by a judge have avoided deportation simply because @DHSgov had no place to send them. In many cases, their fear claims were weak or even fraudulent.
Through engaging in fully legal third country removals, the days of avoiding deportation are over. We will continue to use every tool at our disposal to make America safe again.

In California, $100k is now officially “low income” in some counties because Sacramento’s taxes, fees, and bureaucracy have made basic life unaffordable—while Becerra and the machine just keep the doom loop going with more welfare and higher costs.

This is INSANE 🚨 Democrats new “mansion tax” has already collected $1.2 billion, it’s supposed to be spent on things like building affordable housing
But the housing that’s being built it ultra expensive. There are projects costing $600k–$1 million+ per unit when the actual cost of the same comparable units should only be about $200k–$300k spending on location

A deal in Pedro, $1 million a unit. Northridge, $750,000. Hollywood, $871,000. Del Ray, $1 million a unit. Insane.
There are developers right now who will build brand new sick apartment units for $300,000 per unit. Like the sickest apartment buildings that you and I would live in, anyone would live in. They're sick. But affordable housing, because of bureaucracy, is $1 million a unit. It doesn't make any sense”
This is such a scam, and I can tell you exactly why they’re doing it this way
When these new developments do “affordable housing” the developers get the money from Democrats but in the contract they only have to be “affordable housing” for a set amount of years. After that they can transition them into being market rate
So developers are just building luxury properties for $1m per unit with our tax money then will cash in again when they switch from “affordable housing” to market rate

Here’s one of many “heartbreaking” stories that happened during the Obama years.
Woman pulled over for speeding. Five children and a husband at home. Disappeared. Deported.
Where was the outrage? Oh yeah, Democrats weren’t pretending to care back then.
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r

I talked to @60Minutes for nearly an hour. In our conversation, we talked about the vicious killers and rapists we are removing to third countries and the fact that no President before President Trump removed these public safety threats from our community. Unfortunately, as they always do, they selectively edited the video and included none of that. This illegal alien is @60Minutes poster child for what it claims are wrongful deportations. I pulled his file. His claimed reason for fearing Mali was that he is “gay,” just in case you’re wondering how bad the immigration fraud problem is.
“It feels really empty without him,” says 16-year-old Corey Diawara, whose father was deported in July.
His father had lived in the U.S. for 25 years and had no criminal record. Moussa Diawara says he was deported without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge. He was eventually sent to Mali, a country a U.S. immigration judge ruled he could not be deported to.
In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security told 60 Minutes that Ghana had provided the U.S. with “diplomatic assurances for his safety.” DHS also questioned the credibility of Diawara’s arguments for fearing persecution in Mali. cbsn.ws/4etdVdW

Notice how the Left only cares about the rule of law when they can use it to prevent systemic fraud from being exposed. But of course I disclosed this consistent with regulation.
Under 8 C.F.R. § 208.6(b), “[t]he confidentiality of other records kept by DHS…that indicate that a specific alien has applied for refugee admission, asylum, withholding of removal…shall also be protected from disclosure…”
