We brought Touch to the Mac! From the all-new iPad mini to the 14-inch MacBook Pro and iMac... and now MacBook Pro with PROLED XDR Display and Touch, creators have new tools to do their best work yet.

🇩🇪 Built differently? Not so fast. First, there was wage suppression. In the 2000s, German workers produced more and were paid barely more. German firms kept the difference and sold abroad what their own workers couldn’t afford. Second, the money left. With little demand at home, German excess savings went to America, where they now fund someone else’s growth. By 2023, Americans had caught up and were producing as much per hour as Germans. Germany calls this discipline and celebrates its export surplus as proof of strength 🤔
The left graph shows that we Germans are in fact just built differently

competency and detail orientation is in such short supply in humans. it will not be in AIs

Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.

Chinese-made rental cars recorded Norwegian soldiers during a major military exercise in Oslo, per Dagens Næringsliv. At least two Deepal electric cars, made by China’s Changan, stored video of soldiers getting in and out, where they drove, who they picked up, and how long they stayed at each location. They even recorded the codes soldiers typed in to pass through military gates. Soldiers found the footage by chance while clicking through the cars’ menus. The cars were rented from Hertz Norway, which is owned by China’s Geely. Despite the discovery, the cars kept being used on military grounds.

Turned a WiFi 7 router into a 320Msps SDR. Custom firmware on its MediaTek MT7996 streams raw 14-bit IQ from 2.4/5/6GHz over 10GbE without dropping samples. It's not a snapshot mode, the waterfall is just one thing reading the stream. github.com/h0m3us3r/w1700k-s…

I'm testing the Russian bots, because traffic from Yandex bots is currently close to zero (check Cloudflare Radar). That's because Ukraine has imposed a ban on them — by firepower. So I'm going to say the following things, which will most likely generate organic, authentic, human traffic, but without the bot traffic. Let's see: * russia is a criminal state; * russia is a terrorist state; * russia is ruled by a criminal regime; * Putin and the entire russian leadership, from 2014 and 2022 onwards, should find themselves inside the courtroom of The Hague Tribunal; * Ukraine is defending itself against all of russia's attacks, pressure from the Trump Administration, and shipments of sophisticated components from around the world, including Europe; * The Ukrainian people are, first and foremost, the ones whom we in Romania — and the Republic of Moldova as well (or especially) — should thank for keeping the russian Army at bay; * The European Union is the best thing that has happened to Romania since the Great Union of 1918; * The United States of America under Donald Trump has become nothing more than an empty shell of the values and principles it championed for decades; * Donald Trump is a convicted common criminal, now also suspected of pedophilia and other forms of sexual abuse against girls and women in connection with the Epstein files; * Elon Musk is an individual who has absolutely nothing to do with ethics or morality, not even remotely. Feel free to add other things that might attract the bots' attention, and let's see whether they're still operating or not.

If confirmed, this is telling: Russian data centres get hit, and online activity around AfD suddenly plummets. 📉 So much talk about German patriotism… then the connection from Russia goes down. 🤔🇷🇺

I am going to make a group chat full of people hacking insanely cool things onto hardware. Reply or retweet and I’ll add you to the chat.
I have discovered $50 amazon photo frames to be the PERFECT home display screen They can be rooted, updated to run a modern browser, have WiFi and can be powered from USB 1280×800 resolution with a nice touch screen I detailed how to hack these yourself in my latest video wesbos.com/hacking-smart-pho…
