Today I'm in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port, France, credential in hand, setting out on the Camino de Santiago, the 500-mile Way of St. James. The very first thing I saw entering town was a field of sheep, all lying down. Counting sheep tonight should be easy! 🐑😴 I'll walk as many miles as I can: 16 overnight stops and around 60 villages and hamlets, over the Pyrenees, through Pamplona and León, and across Galicia to Santiago. People have asked me why I'm doing this. Honestly, I don't have an answer. I've done a lot of crying and a lot of deep thinking, but something is pulling me like a magnet to take this walk. And now, back to our regularly scheduled programming 👨‍🍳🍷 Anyone who knows me knows one of my favorite forms of therapy is putting on an apron, pouring a little “cooking wine” and getting into the kitchen. Last night’s cooking wine happened to be a beautiful Puligny - Montrachet, still celebrating our French connection and that incredible win last Saturday! 🇫🇷🏇🥂 Fresh red snapper straight from the sea that morning, sautéed with tomatoes & Brussels sprouts on the side, all from the farmers market. 👨‍🌾 🌱 🍅 🎣 And the most important part of cooking, at least in Stefano’s kitchen: mise en place! Still on cloud ⛅️ nine, and it’s taken me a day to find the words. Caroline St Beat won the Nashville Derby, just SEVEN DAYS after winning at Saratoga. 🏇🏆 The pictures tell the story. Yes, that’s me crying like a baby. No embarrassment here, those were tears of pure joy, gratitude and disbelief. ❤️ I couldn’t make it to Kentucky Downs, so I celebrated with friends in Jupiter. This morning, I watched the sunrise over the ocean and said a prayer 🙏 of thanks for everything I have to be grateful for. Miguel Clement @miguelmclement @clementstable believed in this athlete enough to bring him back just seven days after Saratoga, and he was right. Tyler Gaffalione @Tyler_Gaff gave him an incredible ride, and if I may say so, Tyler looked pretty good in my silks! 😉🏇 To win on Travers Saturday at Saratoga and then seven days later win the Nashville Derby … there really are no words. Since I couldn’t be there, my colleague Eddie Wilhelm @WilhelmEddie represented Sol Kumin @MadaketStables and me in the winner’s circle, and Eddie nailed it! He even brought the goods home. 🏆😂 Horse racing is my hobby, but the friendships, memories and emotions it has given me are priceless. If you know, you know. ❤️🏇 After Caroline St Beat won the Nashville Derby, Randy Moss @randy_moss_TV took a moment on national NBC television to talk about my relationship with the late Christophe Clement and now his son, Miguel @miguelmclement @clementstable . This short clip means more to me than most people will ever understand. Christophe was directly responsible for turning me into a horse racing enthusiast 12 years ago. I trusted his guidance from the beginning, and over the years that trust grew into a friendship I treasured. I miss him dearly. Today, I have that same trust in Miguel, and watching him continue his father’s legacy makes moments like this even more meaningful. For Randy Moss to recognize that relationship on national television, immediately after such a special win, was a tribute I’ll never forget. Take a minute and watch the clip. What a day at Saratoga! 🏇🏆 Caroline St Beat won - and he won in a BIG way. There’s nothing quite like walking your horse back after a victory at Saratoga and then standing in that winner’s circle. After having eight horses race during this meet, and 5 of them in the money, this one was pretty special. And apparently, Caroline St Beat isn’t ready for a rest. Our trainer, Miguel Clement , was so impressed with the way he ran and how well he came out of the race that we’re doing something you almost never see- shipping him to Kentucky Downs to run in the Nashville Derby next Saturday, just seven days later. That tells you what our team thinks of this horse. I’ve always said horse racing is my hobby. I don’t do it to make a living—I do it because days like today bring me incredible joy. Saratoga winner today. Kentucky Downs next Saturday. This is a good horse. Stay tuned. 🏇🙏

Today, after a long journey, my doctors at Memorial Sloan Kettering told me the words I had been praying to hear: I am officially cancer-free. These are tears of relief, gratitude, and a new lease on life. I’m more determined than ever to help others, spread kindness, and make every day count. My loyal and trusted driver, Julio, picked me up at the hotel 6:15 am and stayed outside for 9 hours, he never leaves me alone. Now he is taking me back to Saratoga. Be Kind. Be Well.
