For the times I took the long way home because we wanted to listen to Ueck call one more inning.
Or the time I watched almost a full Brewers playoff baseball game during a work meeting without anyone noticing.
Or the time I was late to an interview because I needed to hear Ueck call the final out against the Cubs for the Brewers to go to the postseason.
For the times where cranberries made it eassssssssssy to be good or we prayed for just one more badger mutual insurance run.
The times gathering with friends at Miller Park, tailgating and getting way too drunk in the parking lot before the game.
Or the time I saw Brandon Woodruff crush a home run at home against Clayton Kershaw.
Or the times I watched as Shawn Marcum couldn't quite finish the job in the NLCS, or we watched as Chris Taylor made the catch that stabbed the hearts of Brewers fans everywhere.
The time I snuck out of a wedding to watch Dave Bush pitch the Brewers to a playoff victory.
The times making the trek from the stadium bars to the bleachers in the stadium.
For the times at the cabin, hanging out with incredible friends, with only Brewers baseball as the background noise.
For the game that I brought my two sons to their first playoff game together and Jackson Chourio hit the home run to our section to take the lead and win the game.
And the recent memory that will live forever of watching a World Series in Milwaukee in person with the two people I love more than anything in the world.
Every step of the journey has been worth it. And it all culminates tonight.
Finish your story, Milwaukee.

Obligatory rolling out of the barrel.
A reminder: This is a *watch party*.
@620wtmj
The Brewers fans donāt seem as loud tonight as the first two games.
Just barely. Just BARELY.

In my 19 years covering the Packers on a daily basis, I've never written a blame-the-refs story. Yeah, I get it, the Packers beat themselves, too, but what happened at Ford Field was unaccepable, an embarrassment and, to quote Xavier McKinney, bullshit. ā¬ļø

The Kid!
What a ceremonial first pitch. Bud Selig passes the baseball to Robin Yount.
Yount points up. Chants of "Ueck" fill the ballpark. What a moment. #Brewers

Brewer Friends: 23,000 men have played Major League Baseball. Only 281 are in the Hall of Fame (1.22%) and just 59 Hall of Famers played for just one team, (0.25%) including our beloved Brewer, Robin Yount who will throw out the first pitch at Game One of OUR World Series!
