There’s been much discussion about how much of the midterm Blue Tsunami was specifically due to Nick and the Groypers and I feel as though people have been quite unimaginative when trying to wrap their minds around the scale of Nick’s influence. They usually only focus specifically on figuring out how many self identified Groypers Nick was able to get to change their vote and although that in and of itself is hugely substantial it is only a portion of the impact he has. Nick’s impact is not just him getting his thousands upon thousands (and maybe millions) of self identified Groypers to vote as he commands, his real strength is his ability to completely change the political conversation at will. Every single person on social media no matter who they are is exposed to his clips constantly, from DC political staffers to apolitical normies. He is extremely adept at catering to even liberal audiences and attacking Republicans from the right. If Nick Fuentes did not exist JD Vance would largely be politically known today as a more intelligent, eloquent, and moderate version of Trump. Because Nick Fuentes exists every single lowly janitor and plumber in America knows he’s an artificial creation of Peter Thiel and the Democrats know this as well. If the Republicans dare to run anyone without Nick’s approval in 2028 they are going to be utterly annihilated for over an entire year by Nick attacking them every single day from the left, right, and center. The Groypers will spread Nick’s clips and his message to every single social media platform in existence with the best edits you have ever seen going viral with the entire political spectrum. Democratic operatives will be watching Nick’s show for talking points and arguments to feed to their candidates to use in debates, rallies, and interviews. Groypers will be appearing at every rally for Republican candidates raking them over the coals for their dishonesty, fraudulence, and incompetence creating clips that also go mega viral. By then Nick’s followership of dedicated Groypers that will vote solely as he commands would probably be enough to swing a close election anyways, but that number pales in comparison to the amount of non-Groyper voters Nick will be able to suppress on the Republican side or animate on the Democrat side directly or indirectly through his social media presence alone. Right now the Republican Party is slowly waking up to the fact that there is a metaphorical loaded g*n pointed at its head and are coping with this realization. They should capitulate before it’s too late.
