BREAKING: 🇷🇺 Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) has detained a minor in Moscow following a US intelligence tip-off about a planned terrorist attack at the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve, Interfax reports. According to the FSB, the teenager had posted TikTok photographs showing himself wearing tactical clothing and a balaclava while holding an object resembling an automatic weapon. He had also shared photographs taken at Tsaritsyno with the caption: “I found a place.” During a search of his home, investigators found clothing and accessories matching those seen in the photographs. The FSB also said his phone contained a subscription to a neo-Nazi Telegram channel and numerous searches concerning terrorist attacks, mass killings and other acts of violence. The US Embassy in Moscow had issued a security alert on October 31, warning of a credible threat of a mass-casualty event at the museum and park complex and urging people to avoid the area. Russian authorities temporarily closed the site, cancelled planned public events and strengthened security. The FSB thanked the US for sharing the intelligence, while Russia’s Investigative Committee is considering further legal action.
