I truly hope Warsh and the Fed understand when hedge funds start blowing up that will cause liquidity issues and the last thing you want to do is make the markets more illiquid by hiking rates.

The AI story is alive and well...fortunes will be made on the other side of this panic. Price action smells of capitulation, we're close.

TOM LEE: THE LAST THREE MARKET SHOCKS BOTTOMED WITHIN THREE DAYS With the Nasdaq plunging more than 5% and the Dow falling nearly 1,800 points, Tom Lee @fundstrat admitted today's selloff caught him by surprise. But he sees similarities to three previous market shocks: 🔹 DeepSeek's AI selloff. 🔹 The Liberation Day tariff shock. 🔹 The AI "Situational Awareness" selloff. Tom Lee says the longest any of those episodes took to bottom was three days, followed by sharp V-shaped recoveries, with some six-month gains exceeding 20%. His comparison suggests a potentially short-lived liquidation event, although he also raised reports of hedge fund liquidations. The next few sessions will test whether history repeats or this shock proves more persistent.

My gosh. Democrats, are you not absolutely terrified right now? This gentleman here had one of the most accurate predictions for 2024, right down to Trump winning the PV (underestimated raw vote margin); the order of the rust belt states; and the next 3 closest states. It's time, Libs. Time to prepare. Not for reconciliation, but to enter the Crystal. For the Copepocalypse awaits.
*Final Senate Prediction* 🔴 53-47 🔵 *Bonus Prediction* At least one of the four narrowest blue wins - NH/NC/MN/GA - will be narrower than Paxton's victory in TX.

Nobody ignores the opening phrase. We just understand it. * Why is 2A needed? Because a well regulated militia, made up of the body of the people, is necessary to the security of a free state. * What does 2A do? Protects the Right of the PEOPLE to keep and bear arms.
Everyone loves quoting the Second Amendment until you bring up the words “A well regulated Militia.” The amendment doesn't simply say, “Everyone gets a gun, no questions asked.” It explicitly mentions a well-regulated militia before affirming the right to keep and bear arms. So what did “well regulated” mean when the amendment was written? What role did the militia clause play? And why do people argue as if those words don't exist? Here's the uncomfortable truth: You can't have an honest debate about the Second Amendment while ignoring the part of the text that complicates your argument. Read the whole amendment. Understand its historical context. Then make your case. Does “well regulated” have any meaningful place in today's gun debate, or are we only interested in the parts of the Constitution that support what we already believe?

Nobody -- and I mean NOBODY -- understands classical charting principles as much as my friend Aksel
26 years ago, when I was starting with charting/trading and investments if someone gave me this advice, I would thank him/her every single day: Print this chart. Put it on your desk. Expand your research/investment universe. Look for only 1 setup. The setup that is on this chart. Go and look for this setup, if possible, across 2000 charts. All your trades will be executed through this basic chart pattern setup. When you revisit the charts you will be able to identify the setup you traded again and again. You can thank me later. Don't forget to print it.
