Nothing like having a aircraft that was built in 1989 fly over the stadium. It’s only fitting for Auburn and Arkansas.

Some Arkansas facts
1. They are still actively trying to hire Gus Malzahn
2. Arkansas has the only mascot in college football that is an invasive species in their state
3. Arkansas has the worst bowl record of any SEC team
4. Arkansas claims the 1964 national title as does Alabama. Arkansas was 11-0 Alabama was 10-1….Alabama fans do not recognize this title. Most of America thinks Alabama are a bunch of idiots.
5. Despite the Walton (Wal-Mart) family being some of the biggest donors to the university. None of them have ever actually attended school there and are nothing more than bandwagon fans.
5.5 despite the deep connections to Walmart. Arkansas is actually the school that is the furthest away from a Walmart of any other SEC school.
6. Arkansas is the only football team in the nation that sells Tabacco products in the stadium
7. “Woo pig sooie” originates from an old farmer cat call to women…they’d say “Woo sooie” to girls they thought were cute….that added the “pig” to it & started saying it at games
8. “Tusk” the live pig mascot is slaughtered every 6-7 (to keep it from getting too big) and they cook him & serve him at a big booster event called “hawg heaven” this event raises tons of money for sports
9. One time tusk escaped and causes $450,000 worth of damage on campus before he was captured. He destroyed gardens, cars, & got into a reach building destroying lots of lab equipment
10. He is a Russian boar which term 1 Donald Trump actually sent a letter to their board of trustees encouraging them to switch to an American boar. The letter was ignored
11. Chad Morris is considered this worst SEC coach of all time & nobody knows why Arkansas hired a .500% winning coach from SMU
12. There are ZERO active NFL players from Arkansas right now
13. All the men’s bathrooms in the stadium have trough toilets to go with the “pig theme”

Happy Birthday to the late Pat Dye, out of Blythe, Georgia ( population 744): The enduring legacy of legendary @AuburnFootball Coach Pat Dye is built on his transformation of a struggling program into a dominant @SEC powerhouse during his tenure from 1981 to 1992. Dye brought toughness, structure, and championship expectations back to @AuburnFootball pulling the program to heights it hadn’t reached in decades—-He led the Tigers to four @SEC Championships ( 1983, 1987, 1988, 1989) and compiled a 99-39-4 record at @AuburnFootball tying him for the second-most wins in school history—One of his most celebrated milestones was successfully pushing to have Auburn’s home games against rival @AlabamaFTBL played at Jordan-Hare Stadium starting in 1989, breaking a long-standing tradition of playing exclusively at Birmingham’s Legion Field—In 2005, Auburn officially named the playing surface at Jordan-Hare Stadium “Pat Dye Field” in his honor—Before their first head-to-head matchup as rival coaches in 1981, Bear Bryant approached Dye for a pre-game embrace. Dye’s warning to him became immediate Iron Bowl folklore; “Coach Bryant, before you start hugging me, you ought to know that my boys are fixing to get after y’all’s ass”…Bryant replied, “You ain’t trying to scare me now, are you, Pat?”….Dye responded, “No sir, because I know you don’t get scared. I’m just telling you what we’re fixing to do.”; 11-6-1939 to 6-1-2020 ( aged 80)…..
