Ordered an induction stove from @letsblinkit yesterday. It did not turn on upon arrival, tried to raise an issue with the chat, and these guys kept claiming that there's a surge in requests, please try again later. After that, I somehow was able to get them to call me (used my second account for that), and the exec clearly told me that if the product was defective, I had 7 days to get it replaced. Now, after more than a day, they are calling me and asking me that they won't replace the product, as they are not responsible for damaged products. Pathetic service.
